  Very displeased with my service here. I brought my truck in to what I thought was a very reliable company! I have 9 active warranties on my truck, and none of them covered the service I needed today—which is fine but no one ever disclosed to me that they have a $160/hr rate to work on your vehicle no matter the work! I was billed for 5 labor hours, although my vehicle was only in service for about 2.5 hours based on my call timestamps. I later learned the dealership uses flat-rate/book-time billing, but this was not clearly explained to me beforehand. My frustration is with the lack of transparency!! I just thought that it was truly frustrating and poorly communicated and maybe I could save some people from my pain and anger. When I went to question them about how could they justify charging that much in labor, they literally told me they were supposed to charge me $100 more!!! Ohh my!!! Please check reviews before using these companies, the lack of upfront explanation leaves customers at a disadvantage when approving repairs! I will never use this car company again! I understand dealership service comes at a premium, but customers deserve clear billing explanations before work begins! I hope this helps future customers ask about labor rates and billing structure before approving repairs and this dealership improves transparency with future customers!

  Our radiator broke on our way to Arizona from New Jersey. Everyone at Jeff Lungren went above and beyond to get our truck repaired and us on the road as quickly as possible. Special shout out to Robert for helping us through this process! If you live in the area or are passing through, I highly recommend this dealership.

  Charged us $50 after telling us that they couldn't fix anything. Held my truck for 3 hours and did nothing.
