  I bought a 2023 Chevy blazer from them on May 17th and have issues 2 issues with it already. The first time they tried to make me pay to get it fixed and we were able to compromise down to $100. Now my car doesn’t want to start and they say “idk what to tell you. They did a diagnose on it.” Customer service is unbelievably terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

  My daughter, her boyfriend, and I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco in Dallas and started the drive home to Missouri. On the way, several warning codes suddenly flashed on the dashboard, so we stopped at Sam Wampler’s Freedom Ford in Eufaula, Oklahoma to see if they could help. Tyler, one of the salesmen, went out of his way to help us. He got us connected with the scanner they use, and the Sales Manager helped diagnose the issue correctly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help—even though we didn’t purchase the Bronco from them. We had a great time talking with Tyler and the Sales Manager and really appreciated how they treated us. If we lived closer, I’d definitely consider buying from Freedom Ford. Even though we live in Missouri, I would happily buy a Ford from them next time. Thank you, Tyler and the team at Sam Wampler’s Freedom Ford, for taking care of us when we needed it!

  Third time seeing Shane Duncan down at Eufaula and I have NO complaints. Always gets me right, done the majority of the work over the phone, came in, signed papers and to a joyride home! 10/10 recommend seeing Shane! Everyone else is great as well! (We have a 3 year old & 2 year old, and they all were very patient and understanding with our babies!)
