  Top notch service. I had a rental and got a flat...in less than an hour an Uber showed up, a tow truck was on the way, and I was getting a new vehicle at this local location. Bri was awesome; fast and efficient! Enterprise made it very easy.

  I have used this Enterprise location multiple times and can NEVER get them on the phone without a 45+ minute wait. I had my rental cancelled 10 minutes before closing last night via email (didn’t even both to call me) when my pickup time was 9AM this morning. The email sent was ambiguous, included the wrong pickup date, did not include my confirmation nunber, and never stated the word “cancelled” - leaving me to have to contact corporate to figure out what was even going on. I’m sick of this place being the only rental option in Enid.

  Absolutely the worst experience EVER! Made a reservation over a month prior to needing the vehicle. Show up the day of to be told they have no large SUV's, but they can put me in a minivan that seats 7. This was a joke; promised a Tahoe, Excursion, or Wagoneer and they want us in a minivan, that they say is comparable room wise. Yeah right!!! Needless to say, I walked out and went to Hertz in Enid that more than helped us on super short notice. We were traveling 12 hours. We needed what we asked for and were promised. No phone call, no email, no anything to let us know they could not accommodate us. Please don't ever waste your time with Enterprise. It was a sad sad joke.

  Worst rental company I have ever used constantly changes your reservation time then insists that’s what you made it for. I’m driving 600 miles I think I know what time I made my reservation for. Changing a rental by 5 hours when the reservation was made 2 months in advanced is incredibly unprofessional. The manager is rude when you call and verify that they will have a rental even asking why am I calling 10 days in advanced. Well sir when my rental is time sensitive and enterprise has messed up the last 3 rentals, I’m gonna call in advanced. Big shout out to hertz for being open and available and willing to personally get me a car from the neighboring town if he didn’t have one available.
