  I booked my reservation a month or so in advance knowing a large SUV would not be readily available. Checked in the night before I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. I should up the next day at 1215 scheduled time was 1200 so I was a little late to find out my vehicle isn’t available. It showed up the night before with a check engine light on. I never received a phone call, text, or email letting me know this. So wasted trip to pick it up and I’m having to make other arrangements. Thanks enterprise you really did an amazing job this time. Fast forward one week I did reach out to customer service and was told to be expecting a call from the area manager and I still haven’t received a call from anyone.

  Got a call 5 mins before scheduled pickup time saying that there are no cars available for me today, sorry… Great service delivery

  So I reserved a car yesterday for today pick up. It was clearly available or I would not have been able to reserve it. I get a call 5 minutes before my pick up time informing me they do not have anything available and probably wouldnt until 11am or 12pm. I just called back to see if they had something yet just to be told no! They truly need to get their reservations online in order. It truly put me in a bind, my car broke down last night and was needing to get my kids to church camp today!

  The lady working was extremely rude and couldn't tell me if my car would even be available asked about picking it up first thing the next morning so I didn't have to drive an hour out of my wa and she was snotty and rude about it. Her response was well we close at 5. I ended up just canceling my reservation as I have other options. Would not recommend if you have any alternative.
