  My car was leaking coolant slowly and I kept topping it up until I couldn’t ignore it anymore. They traced the leak to a cracked plastic housing near the radiator. Instead of pushing full radiator replacement, they replaced just the faulty component. That reduced cost significantly. Repair took overnight because parts weren’t immediately available. They called once everything was ready, no unnecessary delays. Pickup was smooth and the engine temperature has stayed normal since then.

  I would have appreciated more transparency from the beginning regarding how far out the shop was booked. We initially scheduled an appointment for Monday, 4/27, and had our vehicle towed in due to safety concerns. When we hadn’t heard anything, we called near the end of the day and were then informed that the shop was backed up and would need to reschedule us for Thursday, 4/30. Unfortunately, Thursday passed without our vehicle being looked at as well. During a follow-up call, we were told that tow-in vehicles are typically worked in between appointments, despite the fact that we had already scheduled twice. After clarifying this, the response we received was that there had been a misunderstanding. We ultimately received diagnostic results on Friday, 5/1, and proceeded with $630 in engine repairs that same day. We were told the work would be started on Monday (today). However, when we called, we were informed the vehicle would not be worked on until Wednesday. I completely understand that shops can become busy, and delays do happen. However, clearer communication and realistic timelines upfront would have allowed us to make a more informed decision, especially given that our vehicle remained there for several days before even being diagnosed, followed by additional delays for repairs. Given this experience, we will likely explore other options in the future, which is disappointing considering the positive reviews we had seen beforehand. I had hoped for a similar experience.

  They were absolutely slammed on a Saturday morning and still were able to get me in and out and under an hour. Mindy at the front desk is absolutely dope. I’ve even cruised over to the gas station and bought everybody monster energy drinks for being so unbelievably awesome.
