  I went in to get my rear brake rotors and pads replaced. It took 3 days to get them replaced. They needed to special order my rotors because it's a Kia. They're cool guys though but it was just super inconveinient because that's my only vehicle so I had to come back each day and wait for them to try and get it figured out. They also misplaced my centercap for my wheel. I went up there to ask about it and they said they'd give me a call and haven't yet.

  Its About time El Reno landed a competent auto repair center. I have a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport that had a front end problem that no could fix. A local Ford Dealer had it for 2 months and could not fix it ....my bill was $4900. A tire and repair center in Yukon off I-40 east of Garth Brooks could not fix it my bill was $4300 and another repair shop in El Reno couldn't either charged me $1200 and they even charged me to give me for the estimate .....Now with the new BRAKES PLUS in town and hearing good things i decided to give them a shot. FINALLY SUCCESS !!! These guys gave me a much more competitive estimate that was nearly 2 grand less the Ford Dealer.....and I finally have a vehicle that run s like brand new. This is the place that i RECOMMEND to handlle your brakes and other car repairs hands down. Thanks to Benjamin and the rest of the Brakes Plus team .

  My washer fluid sensor was out on my 2021 Nissan Altima, I knew the dealership was going to charge me a bunch of money. I took it here and they did a fantastic job and only cost me half the price the dealership would have charged.

  Brought my vehicle for an alignment, at first there was a small mis-communication because of previous work I had done, I was given a big quote for parts. I then received a call later that day, and they were honest about the mis-communication and they gave me a free alignment I left without paying for anything. Honesty is the biggest factor of a business and they will be getting my business in the future because of this.

  I was very pleased with my experience here. Bryce was very helpful and was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. I went in for an alignment and he showed me on the machines that I didn't need one saving me from paying for something that wasn't needed, which I really appreciated. I will be doing business with them again. While I was there all the technicians I saw and listened to speaking with their clients were all very respectful and explained everything they would need and gave them the option to have it fixed there or elsewhere, I felt like no one was under any pressure to have work done they weren't prepared for. I recommend checking them out for your automotive needs.
