  I’m not sure how they’re getting these reviews because I’ve been going to this place since it was coulter. More now to the del city location because this location is actually missing equipment or it doesn’t work. Ex: clogged sprayer nozzles in every section and completely missing brushes. This is not worth the price of admission to me anymore.

  Mr. Logan was the most hospitable young man, he ensure I had everything need to clean my 31 yr old Mustang that I'm so proud of, I'll definitely return to Tommy's Express CarWash in the near future, keep being extraordinary Logan, you are a real gem of a young man, awesome!

  Im positive the long wash scrubbers that move left and right scratched my windows on the right and the left, left a complaint with Jesus 2 MONTHS AGO, where he said hed let the manager know but i never did hear back. Even when id called to check on an update. Really since then the equipment is either not working or MISSING completely. Im currently looking for another carwash because this place went downhill almost exactly when tommys acquired it from coulter express. 39.99 is way too much for the junk wash you get. And that the damage was never addressed was the last nail.

  Went there today to try this car wash out and was told about a promotion where you buy the best wash and get a free 30 day trial of unlimited washes. That is probably perfect but I canceled the subscription same day as I went through 3 times to try to get the bugs off the front of my truck, each time the staff was very accommodating in letting me back in but never once scrubbed the bugs or sprayed any pretreatment. After 3 washes it still looked terrible so I just decided to cancel the 30 day trial because I won’t go back here again. I may have just got them on a bad day but most car washes will do something about the bugs on the front as long as you mention them.

  I am giving five stars because of Sarah. She is super beautiful and even more helpful even more amazing. She is the reason why I signed up for the membership today and I know that may sound weird but it’s true. I will from now on get my car washes here because of Sarah. I’ve come to this car wash 2 times and no one has ever asked if I wanted to get a membership or let me know about the promotions but Sarah she knew about everything and helped me get everything set up she even came out to my car after I got it washed to make sure my car looked the way I wanted it to. Sarah is amazing. She gives manager vibes! 😌😁❤️
