  I had a great experience at this Enterprise location. The staff were highly professional, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. What really stood out to me was that they called me the day before my reservation to confirm my booking and make sure the vehicle would be available. That gave me a lot of reassurance, and it’s something I haven’t experienced with other rental locations or competitors. I received a great car, the entire rental process was smooth, and returning the vehicle was just as easy with no issues at all. The staff were courteous, organized, and clearly cared about providing good customer service. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond and making the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location and will be happy to rent from them again.

  I usually have great experience with Enterprise. The person who helped me on the phone was super nice, kind and helpful. However, they called me back within 5 minutes and canceled. I called the mainline and they said it’s because they wanted to close early. Not helpful. Will not use this location again!

  Walton and Gabriel are the best! I had an issue with the car I had rented from enterprise and they were very quick to help. They work as a great team and are extremely patient! We have been renting from enterprise from years and are consistently satisfied with their customer service.

  My entire experience was great. I have no complaints at all. The pick up/drop off process was smooth and easy. The employees were very welcoming and accommodating. Both Berch Schultz and Walton Domingos went above and beyond their call of duty. So huge shout out to them. Thank you, guys! You rock!

  I have used this Enterprise location several times over the past few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff have always been knowledgable, patient, and have gone above and beyond to find the vehicle that I need. Robert has especially been exceptional with his professionalism, knowledge and kindness. This location is also very conveniently located in the same parking lot as Bob Howard Auto Body Repair. I drop off my car for repair, walk 20 steps to Enterprise, my rental is covered via my State Farm Insurance policy, and the entire process is hassle-free.
