  Newest and worst location!!! You make a reservation, you get a confirmation email, they wait until you about to pick it up, to inform you that your reservation was canceled... have been an Enterprise customer for years, first time something similar has happened!!! Says no other location has a rental, just to book "over the phone" a similar car at the Broadway location... minutes later

  Stefon assisted in both securing and presenting the rental on the agreed pick up time. Great customer service. Nothing beats a transaction when the rep is friendly and chopping it up. That’s exemplary customer service. Anyways, nice rental too lol.

  Around the end of May 2026 I made a reservation at this branch, hoping it will be just like any other enterprise experience that I had over the years which mostly great But I end up with the most rude employee at this branch called Stefan, who was unwilling to help first of all. Secondly, he tried to give a smaller car to me for my reservation when I had a premium full SUV. He trying to convince me that the Tahoe is the same size as the fourth expedition max or the same size as the Jeep Wagoneer, XL, which is totally false When I asked for assistant to find alternative vehicles at nearby branches, his respond was “you do not tell me what to do you need to sit down “ I was so pissed at that point to have this escalate on the spot with such ignorant employee. I will never ever book at this scam branch. When I confronted him stating the Tahoe, it is not the same size as the vehicle that I paid for which is a premium full-size SUV then he comes back and say that’s the only car that he have at the lot and either I take it or go somewhere else. I immediately jumped on the phone with enterprise customer service and as he heard me talking to the customer service Will representative then he comes back and say there is a full-size premium SUV at a nearby location. That’s all what I was able to get from him again, this is will be the last time I deal with this branch and such employee.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Deer Creek branch. From start to finish, the customer service fell far below my expectations. In my experience, Stephan was unprofessional in the way he communicated with me and did not handle my concerns respectfully or effectively. I left feeling that the situation was not handled fairly, and the overall experience raised serious concerns about the branch’s customer service standards. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, I felt my concerns were dismissed, which made the rental process frustrating and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I expect professionalism, transparency, and respect from a rental company, and unfortunately, I did not receive that during this visit.
