  I was contacted by this particular location due to a car accident and the at fault party’s insurance coverage. They left me a voicemail and I returned their call almost immediately and ended up having to call 5 different times to get them to answer the phone. They didn’t even ask me when I needed the vehicle, just tried to set it up for when it was convenient for them. I told them I needed it Monday and that I was dropping my vehicle off at 7:30am. He told me that I wouldn’t be able to pick up the vehicle until 8:30am on Monday. I asked him what time they opened and he said 8am. I asked him if I could pick up at 8am since I needed to get to work and he reluctantly agreed. I was never offered to have the car waiting for me at the collision center, which I later found out was an option. So I had to wake my baby up and have my husband follow me so he could take me to enterprise. When I arrived at 8am there was already a line that the girl, who I later found out was the manager, refused to help anyone in until she pulled all of the vehicles out of the garage. She then got irritated that I wouldn’t pay for extra insurance. She had me inspect the vehicle for damage from the previous renter, which fine whatever. I finally get in the car and notice the tire pressure light was on. I get to the first stop and notice the brakes are squealing. I didn’t have time to go back and wait in the horrendous line that had built while waiting for her to move the cars, so I headed to work. When I got home from work, I realized the brakes were also grinding. A few days later the “manager” calls me and has the audacity to ask me to take the car for an oil change at Take5 because the car was 10 miles overdue when I picked it up. I told her I wasn’t going to do that. I also informed her the brakes were bad and the tire pressure light was on, which you can’t tell me she didn’t know when she got the car out of the garage that morning. So, she asked me if I could exchange the vehicle—but not that day, 2 days later. So we plan for Saturday at noon even though my car was supposed to be ready on Monday. Thankfully, I called ahead on Saturday and the manager answers and has no idea why I’m coming to exchange the vehicle, nor does she have a vehicle for me. She also didn’t remember anything with the brakes or tire pressure. I had to remind her that SHE CALLED ME. I had to ask to keep the vehicle a few more days, which she agreed. I called corporate about my experience and was told I would receive a call back from a manager and never did. Then the oddest thing (sadly asking me to get the oil change wasn’t the worst part) was she called me yesterday to ask me how my experience was “even with the weird situation with the oil change”. Clearly the collision center gave her a heads up that I was less than impressed with her customer service. Not many people are going to be honest with a review when the person that caused all the problems is the one that called to get the review. I always use enterprise when I rent vehicles, but I’m not sure they will be my go-to after this experience. You would think corporate would’ve cared enough to call me when I first voiced concerns. Sadly, there were 2 different customers at the same location that voiced concerns with the vehicles they had rented while I was in there picking up my vehicle. This location needs a staffing overhaul. I’m a manager myself and if I knew that I was the one providing poor customer service, I would never call myself to get a review. Even if I use enterprise again in the future, I will not be using this location because they clearly don’t take care of their vehicles, nor do they provide good customer service. I definitely do not recommend this location if you are looking for a reliable rental car!

  Imani Jackson was great. This was the first time renting a vehicle. Imani was friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of information and answered all our questions. The transactions of renting and returning the car with Imani was very smooth and professional. Thank you Imani for making our necessary and unexpected and first rental need a very positive experience. We will definitely use Enterprise with Imani again.

  Super easy checkout in Houston for one way rental to Oklahoma City. When choosing drop off location, it defaulted to the airport, but it was easy to change to any Enterpeise location in the city without any additional drop fee.

  Fantastic Enterprise location. Always on top of reservations and accommodating to schedule changes. Rent from here weekly and have never had a bad experience.

  This place is so awesome! The customer service here is phenomenal, and we will ONLY rent vehicles from y'all! Thank you for helping us navigate through such a difficult time, and making this experience fun and completely worry-free! I would highly recommend this location 💜
