  If I could give this Business zero stars I would!!! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from both the GMC dealership and the auto body shop. My vehicle is practically brand new, yet it is already experiencing serious engine problems, and instead of receiving support and concern, I have felt ignored and dismissed throughout this process. The staff have shown little regard for the stress, inconvenience, and disruption this situation has caused in my daily life. Rather than listening to my concerns and providing clear communication, I have repeatedly felt that my feelings and the seriousness of the issue were disregarded. As a customer who invested in a new vehicle, I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Shame on you GMC!

  The employees don't seem to greet you with a smile. Also there is a old man working for them that treated me like a nuisance and dum when I asked him a simple question. He needs to retire with his attitude.

  This isn’t about the sell side it’s about the service side. My truck went in for a new sensor they had it a week and I get a call that there’s gas in the DEF tank….that wasn’t done by us for sure so don’t know how it happened…I have my suspicions. Insurance covered it but when I went to pay my deductible it was $36 more than my deductible i ask why and get told it’s for def. Call my insurance they say no we already paid for def they aren’t getting paid twice for that. I tell the I believe service manager that insurance already paid for def so I shouldn’t have to pay an additional $36 for def. The guy then raises his voice at me and yells I’m not going argue with you over $36 I’ll waive it. First of all I wasn’t arguing I was relaying that def has already been paid for so it’s an error. Second of all raising your voice and waiving your hands at a customer let alone a 4”11 woman and her daughter is unacceptable. I don’t care what kind of hectic day you had the chaos wasn’t caused by me Lonnie! I will NOT recommend this dealership for service to anyone I know let alone women!

  I don't understand why there are zero Tahoes on lot. It's a Chevy dealership and a Chevy SUV. What gives? I'd like to shop local, but seems like I'll be heading to TX.
