  The staff (Chris & Antwone) were so kind and happy. One thing that has struck me is the staff isn't just kind to me, they are kind to each other. I want to support a business that builds their team up like Valvoli e.

  I will NEVER go to any Valvoline location again. If you are in the Del City area, avoid this location. I came in for an oil change and got the radiator flush recommend by the tech. The next day my check engine light came on. I got to a mechanic as soon as I could and the mechanic told me the thermostat was stuck open and needed to be replaced. The mechanic confirmed there were no leaks in the and that there was too much air in the cooling system which would have led to the damage of the thermostat. After attempting to explain this in a phone call, Arthur (who claimed he was the manager) told me, “not my problem”. I asked for a phone number to call corporate or a higher up and he told me to “look it up”. I did look it up and went through the process of filing a claim. I then spoke to another person who claimed he was the manager, Chris. He called me on a Monday, I told him what happened and he said he would call me back. He didn’t call me back. I waited until Monday and called the 800 number again. They got Chris on the line and he claimed that I should have gone directly to a Valvoline instead of a mechanic. I asked if he would replace a thermostat since that was the issue and he said they did not provide that service… so why would I go back to a Valvoline? Chris called his Area manager and I could hear them speaking in a condensing tone about my situation while I was on hold. They chalked it up to saying my thermostat must have had an issue before I arrived in spite of the mechanic telling me otherwise. A $150 service turned into a $330 repair. They do not stand by their work. Let me also point out that: 1) they never printed a receipt it was emailed 2) they claim the receipt says to return to a Valvoline location after having a radiator flush, it does not. At least not on the email. 3) the tech was supposed to tell me to return after this service, he did not. P.S. Don’t be fooled by their generic response to my review. Zero calls back and zero attempts to make the situation better. They DO NOT stand by their work.

  I witnessed they bear good attitude and finished the job accurately and was very knowledgeable. Knew what I was asking and did it exactly as I wanted. Fast, easy to deal and excellent attitude showed by the workers. They greed, speak with clearity and smile, polite and respectful. Very satisfied. This is why I come to this location because the other location on Douglas is terrible.

  I had the pleasure meeting and getting serviced by Daniel, Stephanie and Zachary, this team is truly amazing I usually go to take five but I am changing that immediately based on the interaction I had with this crew. I felt comfortable and even got a lot of knowledge on what filter is best for my vehicles and transmission fluid. Daniel is very friendly and knowledgeable at what he does. I can tell this crew definitely cares about what they do and who comes into the facility. I am still in wow of how great of a service I had here. Thank you Daniel, Stephanie and Zachary.
