  I’ve had good and bad experiences at Valvoline across the Midwest, and I’ve been to this location 2x now. Each time has been met with the same high level of service, from the questions to the service, and it has been amazing. Everyone from this team has really shined. Huge shout out to Jade, she has been in both times I have been in and she is on the ball, keeps it rolling fast, and very knowledgeable. I’m really glad to have had this experience after my last one in Kansas.

  Regular customer to Valvoline. Last visit for oil change service I realized the tech did not physically check my oil once filled and did not think much about it til I got home and checked it myself just to be sure it was properly filled. Once I checked it at home it was half way up the dipstick. I returned this time to get the same service and when finished with the service I ask the tech if he would physically check my oil on the dipstick, he did and it was again half way up the dip stick. So they then added, I'm guessing about 2 more quarts of oil to bring it to the full mark on the lipstick. Daniel the manager has always been polite and professional and I assume it is just an oversight in training but this needs to be corrected in the future. I will continue to be a loyal customer just thought someone should know. Thank you l, Chad Moody

  Communication and verifying all the correct parts and fluids were done. Explaining exactly what was being done and recommendations for your vehicle and coupons that help save you money. A wonderful experience. Friendly staff.

  Do not take a German import there. I took my Audi Q5 there. The oil change was like a normal except they did print the sticker for a 3,000 mile oil change when it is typically a 10,000 change. Not a big deal. However, I left on a Saturday and came home, the next morning I left to go get some shopping done and there was a huge puddle on my driveway. I took it back to valvoline immediately. I tried to call the shop first and had to go through customer service. I showed up and the manager was there and ready to work on my car. He acknowledged they thought it might leak bc the drain plug needed a washer or something. Fast forward to a month or two later…I noticed I smelled oil burning when I drove. I have a digital gauge and it indicated that I needed more oil so I stopped and bought 5w40 and put a half a quart in. I then made an appt to go get my oil changed at a different place. I took my car and found out that it was burning oil and this entire time I had been driving with the wrong oil. I called valvoline to make them aware and I’m now on a call back list to be contacted by a manager. This could mess up my pistons, my motor as a whole, and I can’t event speak to a person. Absolutely unacceptable.
