- JMJason MarshOct 3, 20261.0I would put Negative 5 Star if I could they DO NOT DESERVE 1Star! It took mor the ten minutes before anyone put me into the computer. I was in bay 3 so just figured “busy” … the manager walked away three time while entering my information once serving got started it was quick. But I saw the trainee wiping down the engine cover and all around. He shut the hood and said you’re done I payed asked him for help resetting the oil light. He walked away and went to bay1to stat work on that car without asking anyone to delete the code! Ten more minutes later the trainee looked up and saw that I was getting Pissed went to the manager said whatever to him and the manager swiped his hand at the trainee to go away!!!!! That really Pissed me off!!!! I will NEVER RETURN TO CLAREMORE VALVOLINE!
- PPPaul PattersonSep 25, 20261.0Stopped in for a quick oil change and two hours later I finally left with fresh oil. Certainly not typical or what I’ve experienced here in the past. I was promised a discount in my email for my next service but that was not provided either. Very disappointing
