  I had to rent a car because my car was being repaired after a vehicle hit my car in a parking lot. Enterprise in Claremore did a great job. I rented a brand new ‘27 van (7 passenger), it only had 30 miles on it, all the bells and whistles. I didn’t want to rent it because it was too new and I was afraid something would happen to it and it was too large for me to be driving since I was the only person to use the van. I drove mainly in Claremore with one trip to Tulsa. I had the vehicle for 15 days and wanted to keep it although I was glad to get my Sante Fe back! Corey did a great job getting us all set up. State Farm was terrible to work with because they never told me the correct information on communicating with them and Enterprise. My only suggestion is that if you are renting because of having to use insurance, you keep in contact with your rental car company first and arrange everything through them. BTW, Corey did a heck of a job and I can’t believe he was the only employee in Claremore, running this location all alone! Enterprise you all need to hire some help!

  I did not know it was considered "disrespectful" to ask about a rental with no reservation. But I think it's disrespectful to tell me you have something available, me say that it is fine, then change your mind about it being available. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
