Friendliest people around! On a previous visit something happened - or didn't get put back correctly - causing me to have to take my vehicle to John Holt for the diagnostic analysis. $154. Yikes. Long story short - Strickland Bros REIMBURSED my cost. Next oil change i went back to the dealership. I hour wait and I "needed" about 1K of "recommended" maintenance. Glad I gave SB another shot. In and out. All good. Again, Friendliest guys you'll ever meet.

The men working, there were very professional and pleasant to be around. They knew almost everything there was to know concerning my vehicle that I was driving.

Always VERY friendly and not at all pushy about anything. Wait in your car and in and out in 10 minutes. Always bring us water as soon as we pull up and you get a free air freshener when you're all done. Love this place!!!

Great experience! The crew greeted us with a cold water. Checked my tires as they changed the oil and found a screw in my tire.

They are always great! Dalton is very nice, warm and professional. They never pressure you into getting anything you don’t need! Great service and a great team!
