Communication was poor from the start — I had to keep calling just to get updates, and even then, I got vague answers. The repair took much longer than I was originally told, and there was little accountability for the delay. When I finally got my truck back, the issue didn’t seem fully resolved, which makes me question the quality of the work done. I also was told one price and ended up paying double. Customer service also needs improvement. I didn’t feel valued as a customer, and it seemed like once they had my business, they didn’t care about keeping it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Ashlock Truck Repair based on my experience. If you’re looking for reliability and clear communication, you may want to consider other options.
