  First off, the day on the water was the best day of the trip! Up until we arrived in Broken Bow we were a little concerned how this would go. We made the reservation and didn't really hear much from the company. Caused us to be a little nervous. But, it's like an AirBnB too. You don't get all of the info the day you book. We arrive at the meet up point and our guy Donald was so much fun, so quick to get us loaded up and on the water. He wasn't our guide, but pointed out spots on the water to check out. Included a lilly pad for us to chill on. His safety briefing was perfect. Aside from showing us where the life jackets, square float, and extinguisher, he explained the rules of the water. Even though he did this, one in our group violated a rule and we got pulled over on the water. Like he said, Sherrif gave a warning, but we did know all the answers to Sheriff's questions in regards to safety equipment. The pontoon was great. We tubed a little, laid on teh lilly, jumped from the cliffs, and just cruised the lake. Was a little tricky getting back to our launch point. Luckily we dropped a pin. Cannot wait to head back this fall. Big shout out to Autumn and Donald!

  I've been to Broken Bow several times and this was the first time we've rented a boat. I had a great experience with this boat rental company and recommend them to anyone. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Amber and Donald were professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The boat and all equipment were in excellent condition and well maintained. The boat was delivered exactly as promised and Donald took time with providing clear instructions and loading and unloading our belongings. The price was very fair considering the quality of the boat and the outstanding level of service. It's great when a company delivers both excellent value and exceptional customer. Thank you for making our first time on the lake such a fun and enjoyable time! I would not hesitate to rent from them again!

  0 STARS - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional or unwilling to take accountability. We paid to charter TWO boats and were expecting the service we paid for. Instead, one of our captains was missing and we weren’t able to get on the water until 30 minutes after our reservation began. They ultimately had to ask an employee who happened to be nearby to drive one of our boats. Our SECOND boat never received a driver at all. We were told they would try to find a driver for the second boat within the hour and that they would contact us when we needed to meet back at the loading dock. We NEVER received that call. The worst part was how this company handled the situation afterward. Rather than acknowledging that they failed to provide the charter service we paid for, they repeatedly blamed me and tried to make the situation my fault. They also SENT ME THE WRONG CONTRACT. When I brought this to their attention, they stood by the position that the issue was somehow my responsibility, despite the fact that THEY were the ones who sent the incorrect contract to me. At no point did they take meaningful responsibility for their mistake or for failing to provide the service we booked. After paying for a charter service that we ultimately did not receive as promised, they refused to refund the amount we paid and gave us a measly $100 instead. So to summarize: we paid for TWO boats with captains, one boat was delayed significantly because they did not have the captain available, the other boat NEVER got a driver, we never received the promised follow-up call, and the company still refused to properly refund us. When we tried to resolve the situation, we were met with blame-shifting, defensiveness, and absolutely no accountability. This was not a minor inconvenience or a bad day on the lake. We paid for a service that was not provided. I have since found other public complaints to the BBB regarding this company describing very similar concerns, which makes this experience even more concerning. I will also be following up with the BBB regarding our experience. If you are considering booking with this company, I strongly recommend doing your research first and reading the complaints and reviews. Based on our experience, I would NEVER book with them again.

  Seamless experience and fantastic local tips! We rented a pontoon for a half-day with Broken Bow and Hochatown Boat Rental, and the whole experience was top-notch from start to finish. Donald made everything super easy and hassle-free. Before we hit the water, he gave us a quick, thorough walkthrough of the boat and pointed out the best spots on the lake to check out. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our trip. We’ll definitely be renting from Donald and the team again next time we’re in town!

  We attempted to call the number listed to find out if any rentals were available and it was answered by an automated voice asking for our name and reason for calling. When we gave it the information the recording had us wait and then advised us the business would not accept our call. We then drove to the listed location using Google Maps and the businesses was not at that location.
