I have a membership that I’ve had for 2 years, I have tried to go get my car washed twice this month and have been turned away both times because they can’t find my account. If someone pays for a membership monthly, they should get to use the services. It’s very frustrating. They told me they got a new system but couldn’t figure out how to find my account. So once again I left with no car wash.

My keychain, which included my apartment keys and garage door remote, was accidentally suctioned into the vacuum. I immediately asked for assistance, and the assistant manager, Tyler, was incredibly helpful. He went far above and beyond what I would have expected. He emptied the system filters all the way back to the main system and carefully searched through the collection canister until he found my keys. This situation was entirely my fault, yet Tyler treated it as if it were his own problem to solve. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Tyler, for your outstanding customer service.

Would yall please put some Foam around the corners with it, this won’t happen to someone else. Please . When I was going to the office and let him know what happened there’s a kind woman there wash your car and she seen me bleeding. She stopped and helped me out. She fixed me up put some bandage on my head and she said I should see a doctor about it.
