  Membership prices raised significantly yet nothing was upgraded with the name change. Now I have to mess with this app just to open the gates. Still pulling up to a vacuum that doesn’t work. Still have a cleaning brush that doesn’t turn for several days. Still have tire shine only one side of the car. & if you cancel, nothing will actually be canceled, you’ll get a surprise higher charge your next credit card bill.

  Absolutely Horrendous! I have a brand-new car, and during my visit, the blow dryer at this car wash tore a plastic piece off the windshield area of my vehicle. The clips holding the piece in place were completely broken. I immediately submitted a claim with the manager. Unfortunately, the company was terrible about communicating with me. After having to follow up approximately four times, I was finally told that my claim was denied. Their explanation was that my car was supposedly already damaged or ready to break, despite the incident occurring while their equipment was being used on my vehicle. I was able to see the video footage with the manager, who was actually very nice and showed me the footage on his phone. However, I was not allowed to obtain a copy of the video. I strongly disagreed with the company's conclusion after seeing the footage myself. What made this experience even more frustrating was the company's complete lack of concern about helping resolve the damage to my brand-new car. They essentially blew me off rather than taking responsibility or making any meaningful effort to help get the damage repaired. Because of how this situation was handled, I immediately canceled my membership/service. I will be attaching photos of the correspondence I received from the company. Pay particular attention to the manager's response at the bottom of one of the emails, which I believe clearly supports what happened with their blow dryer. A company should stand behind its equipment and take care of its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this car wash to think twice.

  I ended the membership when it was the previous car wash because one side or the other wasn’t working. I just stopped by the new one today since it’s been open for a while and of course half of the car wash doesn’t work. $13 for half of a clean car 🙄

  This is the best car wash I have found in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. I have had memberships with three other car washes, and ended up canceling them all due to low quality washing and drying, persistent maintenence issues, poor customer service, and unreasonable prices for the quality of the wash. None of these things are a problem here. My car looks spotless every time, and it does an excellent job drying it, which was the main selling point for me to move my membership here. The staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable and maintain positive attitudes out in the heat. I love this car wash and will be recommending it to my family and friends!
