  This is a great place to get the old girl a good bath. They did everything they could to make sure she was good and clean, I had a lot of stubborn bugs and Michael sent us back through 2 more times. Nate did a great job with the pre wash. The manager Skylar was very nice too. Thanks for not giving up til she was clean.

  I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at your car wash today. After being a loyal customer for the past four years, I was turned away without receiving a car wash because your scanner would not read my membership sticker. The sticker has been in the exact same location—centered on my windshield—for four years without a problem. Instead of offering a solution, your new employee simply told me he could not let me through and that my only option was to leave. I chose to leave rather than continue being treated with such disrespect. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have remained a loyal customer through years of equipment breakdowns, long waits, repeated promises that service would improve, and months of black tire dressing being sprayed all over my vehicle. I accepted those inconveniences because I believed your company valued its customers and was working to improve. Today's experience proved otherwise. I currently pay for two membership plans, yet I was treated as though my loyalty meant absolutely nothing. A four-year customer should never be turned away over an issue that could have been resolved in a matter of minutes with even a small amount of customer service and common sense.

  Elizabeth and her staff treated me really good and they informed me about the best deal and gave me great customer service

  Stopped in late Saturday evening close to closing time. Trip was my attendant thru the wash. He took care of us with a smile and good attitude. It’s almost 100 degrees out, I am sure he was ready to go home but he still treated us like his first vehicle to the start of his shift!
