  Leaving one star because there is not a zero. Took truck there and they couldn’t mount the rear view mirror. Also have a dash camera they couldn’t stick on. Windshield company that’s not able to mount windshield components. If your not capable don’t take it apart

  I have used Safelite twice now and each time it has been so nice to have them come out. They are very neat and tidy! Fast, and knowledgeable! I even asked more in depth questions this time and i feel the tech answered well and was very knowledgeable. It reallly spoils you having them come to you! Its so nice! After a severe hailstorm i had to get the windshield glass replaced.

  Scheduled a mobile repair with Safelite for 06/30/2026 12-5pm. This is the office they stated they would dispatch my technician out of. I received a call around 8:00am from my technician Aaron confirming my appointment and giving me a rough time estimate of 3:00pm. By 5:30pm Aaron had not shown up so I sent him a text on the number he called from. By 6:45pm Aaron had still not shown up or responded to my message so I called the corporate number and spoke with a representative who while nice, was unable to provide any update or contact the technician. I continued to wait and by 8:30pm had still not received any updates, calls, or texts. I attempted to call Aaron and got no answer. I then called the corporate office again and was informed that Safelite stops services after 8:00pm as that is when the local office closes. I am a pretty understanding person. I can understand running late, or even running so behind that a forced reschedule is required. What I cannot understand is a complete lack of communication to the customer about any of this. I work in management and manage field technicians in another industry, and this would never occur in my office. The lack of communication from corporate, the local office, and the local technician is a complete failure at all levels and demonstrates a total lack of professionalism or care for their customers. Safelite also stated to me that they “do not provide compensation” for this behavior. This will be my last time personally using Safelite for any kind of vehicular glass repair/replacement, and as I manage a fleet of vehicles it will also be my company’s last time using Safelite. Inexcusable behavior from a large national company!

  I got a new windshield, but I also got glass chips on my car, glass chips on my steering wheel and other parts of my interior, oily smudged hand prints on my a-pillar, my a-pillar was not completely clipped back into place, and oily smudged hand prints on my rear view console. I was sure to take plenty of pictures the night before my appointment as I was worried this might happen. I’m sure most auto glass places would have done the same, but I had false hope that being such a large company they would have every sticky pad, vacuum, and fresh gloves to prevent this kind of workmanship. They finished quickly though, as you might expect with minimal clean up, so that was a plus if you’re in a hurry I suppose.

  I scheduled an appointment and PAID up front on 06-15-2026,Schedule I picked was on Friday 06-19-2026, yes.. soonest I could, week out, no show.. then said I was not even supposed to be on the schedule for this week.. set me appointment out until the following week on a tuesday. No call.. nothing.. then couldn't get to me any sooner even though I did everything on my part including paid!!! I have a hole fron a tree in my windshield and they let me down HARD Use them only if you have to.. customer service along with the scheduling SUCKS, I was not able to talk with a manager.. said he was the lead.. yea.. pissed me off. didnt do crap to try and recover a failed no show. just put me at the end of the line again!!
