  Josiah was awesome. Very professional. Got the job done fast. If I need another windshield, I will not hesitate to call. The price was great better than a lot of other places that said I had to calibrate it and bring it to them turns out, I did not need that. Those other places just wanted to charge more money.   We went in for Safelite to repair 2 chips, which they repaired. But they found a 3rd place (a scuff) that they chose to “repair” WITHOUT authorization. They broke our windshield on that “repair”. Now we need to replace our windshield. We understood the risk for the spots we asked them to repair, but we didn’t authorize them for the one that they broke… it wasn’t even in a visible spot and truly was a scuff not a chip. Had they offered to cover even a portion of our deductible, we wouldn’t have written this review, but they didn’t even acknowledge that they were at fault… just “Well, you would’ve wanted us to fix it.” Very poor customer relations. Very disappointed.

  Safelight did an amazing job on my windshield. The tech was polite and explained everything. I had to reschedule a couple times and had no issues at all. I would use Safelight again, but I do hope I don’t have to. If you need auto glass repair, Safelight is the right place. Casey was the tech who worked on my car. Very polite and friendly.

  Absolutely, horrible work! Window is the worst quality window I have ever seen! Not, as bad as the install. But, close. The top rubber dont even touch. They damaged my truck cutting it out. This was only supposed to be a center window in the rear sliding window replacement. Not, a horrible quality after market complete window. This window has a gap that water goes right in! They, continued leaning over side of my truck. Even when I frustrated ask them to stop. Stephen! the manager on duty was zero help and is the one who said truck was ready without any looking at it. Didn't remove shipping stickers or even clean it prior to pick up. Also, very poor job cleaning up glass from inside vehicle. Going back Monday to speak with the general manager about replacement and fixing my truck.

  Made an appointment to have the seal of my windshield fixed because of a leak, only find out after commuting an hour and a half that THEY had cancelled my appointment. I had walked up to the front desk to check in for my appointment and the lady up front could not find the appointment. She then followed up saying, "Oh we cancelled the appointment, because we only work on vehicles 1990 or newer." When I made the appointment I had to give the year and make of my truck where the company then saw this and cancelled my appointment. FIRST OFF, why am I able to select a year older than 1990 if they do not even service anything past 1990? SECOND OFF, why did NO ONE call or reach out to let me know my appointment was cancelled due to this rule? I even checked back through my emails to double check that I hadn't missed anything and I all I had was a confirmation of my appointment scheduled. VERY disappointed in the communication and honestly dodged a bullet. If they can't communicate my appointment had been changed/cancelled, would certainly not trust this company to work on my vehicle. If you don't want to waste our time, find somewhere else.
