Had an appointment scheduled for today 10/12/2026 between 12-5pm. I just called to get an update on when the tech will be here to install my windshield. Apparently my appointment was canceled by the manager on 10/9/2026 and i never received a call stating that is was canceled. Customer Service call the facility and was given no explanation as to why it was canceled. The manager was unavailable to take the call and explain why because he was helping a technician with an issue. Was informed that I will receive a call back in the next 24-48 hours.

Safelite did a fantastic job replacing our windshield in our Highlander. Scheduling and paying online was simple. Appointment time was quick and tech was informative letting me know when he’d arrive. Casey was extremely proficient, and left our vehicle as he found it replacing everything, including our pike pass. He gave me clear instructions about the new windows care post installation. Casey even found a coupon saving me some money! He was also polite and friendly which this senior appreciates greatly.

It is honestly not an experience I ever want to repeat. They cancelled my appointment 3 times - that is 15 hours of missed work for my brother to take off. Then the fourth appointment was pushed out another week with NO communication from the technician or Safelite. He reached out in the morning saying that we were third on his list and would be there between 12 and 5. NO COMMUNICATION!!!! HE WAS A NO SHOW!! Ghosted us!!! So I called customer service at 9 PM after waiting for 9 hours - oh new appointment has been made ANother week out. This rear windshield was supposed to be repaired September 17th!! It was finally repaired 3 weeks later. The worse and most unpleasant and unprofessional experience that I have ever had.

It started back in May. My back window was busted out due to hail and my insurance sent me to safelight. They changed the glass and failed to pull the O ring through the glass. This caused major leaking into my hatchback and on to the electrical wiring. Nissan diagnosed this after looking at it. I made an appointment or at least I thought I did on the Monday following the appointment at Nissan. I showed up and they said I would have to come back when I had an appointment. When I went back they tried to tell me that it did not cause any electrical problems. Nissan says different. Not only did they try to get out of fixing the electrical problem, On top of that they started rifling through my glove box. Trying to find who knows what. If you have the option, do not use safelight.

One star. An exceptionally poor customer experience from start to finish.
I drove approximately an hour and a half to the Safelite location in Broken Arrow for this appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist did not greet me so much as immediately announce that they were an hour behind and short-staffed.
That would have been frustrating but understandable if anyone had made even a modest effort to communicate afterward. They did not.
After roughly two and a half hours, with no meaningful update, I went to the front desk and asked what was happening. When I pressed the receptionist to actually check with the technicians and give me a realistic estimate, her attitude was remarkably unprofessional. I left to get lunch, returned several hours later, and found that my truck had finally been moved into the back but apparently still was not being worked on.
I had been told the actual job should take around three hours. As the day continued to drag on, I again asked for an update, this time speaking with the manager. He checked and told me it would be approximately another hour.
An hour later, I went back to the desk. The receptionist rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to check on the vehicle and dismissively told me it would be another hour. I insisted that she actually go ask. When she did, the answer suddenly became that they were about to pull the truck around. At this point I had been at the facility over 6 hours.
That pretty well summarizes the entire experience.
The problems here were not simply that they were short-staffed. Businesses occasionally have staffing problems. The larger failures were:
Apparently scheduling more work than the location had the capacity to handle.
Providing virtually no proactive communication during a delay lasting many hours.
Giving inconsistent estimates unless I repeatedly pressed someone to physically go find out what was happening.
Front-desk customer service that was dismissive, visibly irritated, and at one point included the receptionist rolling her eyes at me after I had already spent most of the day waiting.
If a someone drives 90 minutes to keep an appointment, the bare minimum is honest communication and professional treatment. I received neither.
I can tolerate a delay. I cannot tolerate being left sitting for hours with no information and then being treated like I am inconveniencing the staff by asking when my vehicle might actually be finished.
Safelite needs to address both the capacity problem and the customer-service culture at this location. Based on this experience, I would not willingly return to the Broken Arrow store.
