- LMLyndi MartinSep 29, 20265.0Fast clean and loved everywhere
- TBTerry BannerSep 28, 20265.0I had a very good experience and wash at quick quack today. Stall leader was very awesome and helpful in every way.
- JBJessica BuchananSep 16, 20262.0I went to try this car wash and only wanted the basic (cheapest) single wash. The person taking payment was not the person they should have greeting new customers. They were flat affect and seemed completely miserable. I understand they need to offer memberships, but the pressure and repeated “negotiation” to try to get me to pay for a membership, after I had already indicated that I only wanted a single wash today, was borderline rude. Even saying “do you have another $12 to just get the membership?” Before I even pulled around to the wash bay, the person then asked if I was fine with them not getting all the dirt off my car (my car is dusty, but not caked in any way), and I said, excuse me? They repeated flatly, are you okay with your car not getting clean?? Completely taken aback, I said, whatever… then in the bay, my car (new to me) got stuck in the autostop option. Both the person with the spray wand and the other person who had taken my payment were screaming at me to put it in neutral, which I yelled back IT IS! They stopped the wash and the person with the spray wand was helpful in trying to help me how to remove the autostop option (that person is the only reason I was willing to give 2 stars), while the other sneered at me from the doorway. Once I was finally able to enter the wash, it was stopped halfway, because the person behind me was experiencing the exact same issue I had. I understand I should probably have known how to turn off the auto stop option quicker, but the entire experience was not one that I will ever return to experience, and definitely not as long as that first person works there. Who knows how good the wash was, I was too flabbergasted to even check when I got home.
- SSSarahSep 16, 20265.0I’ve never been a car wash kind of girl, but since I started going here, I go at least a couple of times a week. The employees are friendly, the wash is fantastic, and the vacuums work great! They provide towels for drying and they have air compressor guns to get in there nice and deep like. I’m hoping they open more locations, soon! Highly recommend!
