  To be very honest I was hesitant to try this car wash out that’s at 81st and mingo considering their past businesses BUT I was completely surprised and satisfied with the service and wash, and can we please talk about the vacuuming station?? It has so many amenities! You get your different vacuums, your towels to use to either dry or use as cleaning cloths, you get a mat station to hang up your mats that have their on vacuums and with air pressures!! The air pressures were life changing when I was cleaning the inside of my car, but I got to chat with the GM and she was super lovely, she explained how to use each feature and was overall super nice and friendly. It really made my cleaning experience 10/10 satisfying!

  There has to be another system! My husband thought he was combining my car with his. So they told him it would be $12.99. They canceled my account. This morning he went to wash his car and was told he didnt have a membership. The customer care person was NOT knowledgeable on information given to my husband on April 27th. So basically my husband paid for a single wash according to the customer service person. I called Quick Quack and requested that they not cancel my account but was told they couldn't retrieve my account and May 20th, 2026 will be the last day of my membership. So I asked the lady that I was talking to does Quick Quack offer a retention team. Her response was Im sorry we can't do anything about this account it has been canceled. It appears to me that the West Houston store people rarely smile while greeting you! They have a booth and appear lazy. I asked for towels and they never brought them. Now my membership is canceled and there is nothing they can do. I would've had some kind of rebuttal to retain a customer Im just saying.

  Great when first open now tire shine has not work for the last 3 visits. Does not dry car like it did. Not worth the cost.

  avoid the company, we asked to cancel and ended up with double charges. the employee told us he needed our credit card to cancel and if it went through to dispute it with my credit card company. that didn't work, now we're stick with an extra 39.99 charge.

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune of going through. Besides the fact we had to wait to get in (while nobody was there) while, not having my foot on the brake and not holding the steering wheel, the track grabbed and turned our wheels so we were stuck (twice) where an attendant had to assist in guiding us out. Apparently the water had been turned off as none of the soap was removed from the car after the “wash” was completed. Then to top it all off the dryers must have been broken as they never engaged either. There is literally no reason that I will ever go near that car “wash” again…
