  Cashier's are lazy, will stand and stare at you while helping no customers whatsoever, just to have you use the self checkout. Cashier's also make comments about this isn't Walmart, after asking for a bag to carry purchased goods. Do freaking better, if you want more than a minimum dollar wage🤷🏽‍♂️ 😂

  Well stocked and employees were friendly. Their hot dogs off the grill were delicious.

  Overall, it's a good store and the staff is wonderful but the gas pumps stick and you end up going over your planned amount when you pay at the pump while you are trying to figure out how to unlatch the handle to quit pumping gas.

  Just imagine going into $1 billion company store, after driving far to get there, after receiving an email that you received a free drink. Imagine showing that email to a cashier hoping they would give Grace an understanding and assist me with figuring out what’s wrong. Not only the cashier not being graceful and understanding, but also popping off an attitude for no reason Then imagine having them scan your information, type in your phone number, all of the things so you can prove that you were rewarded a free drink. Then imagine asking the cashier to contact his store manager, he contacts the store manager, and he looked down at his phone and it states “ aunt “ and when you see that it states “ aunt” you automatically know that she is going to be biased because the cashier is her nephew. Imagine then, actually having a conversation on the phone with her, her not giving Grayson understanding, and also her sticking up for her nephew who is a cashier rather than providing excellent customer service and at least rewarding me with a small drink instead of arguing with me and requesting eye contact customer service. Imagine me calling customer service and then complaining about the customer service and placing a complaint all because two employees of $1 billion company refuse to provide customer service and be understanding and reward. A customer a drink after the customer drove far to redeem their item. Then imagine calling customer service and customer service stating I was right about my free drink and stating they could’ve given me a free drink due to the inconvenience. Now imagine me now writing a review over some bullshit that could’ve been resolved in 10 seconds. Not all customers are right, but when you have a customer proving a point and showing you proof, you don’t argue with the customer and then request a customer to call customer service and not think that you won’t get a complaint. Maybe next time I go in there I’ll see a difference, if I ever do go back. This is exactly why family members are not supposed to work with each other just as well as people in relationships are not supposed to work with each other because it can cause a biased environment within the workplace.
