  Overpriced.... And was told that a inspection was done to make sure everything was ok.. I know for a fact there was no inspection done. Air filter needs changed. Didn't mention it Air box is not connected correctly... didn't mention it Washer fluid is empty and cap is missing... didn't mention it Brakes need work...didnt mention it.. Ftomt left parking lights don't cone on...fidnt mention it 3rd break light is out .didn't mention it.. And Several other things i could mention. So please stop lying about the complimentary vehicle inspection that goes along with that $100 oil change.

  I came in yesterday cuz I kept getting a flat in my car. The customer service from this dealership is absolutely outstanding! The gentleman that helped at the counter was fantastic and ensured I got taken care of. The mechanic that fixed my tire issue was a really good guy and was got me fixed up! Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Amazing staff! I really appreciate everyone’s help and I’m definitely coming back soon to get an alignment on my car. Thank you

  I had been looking at used Chevrolet Bolts for quite a while but had never pulled the trigger on buying one. Then I happened to come across a brand-new 2027 Chevrolet Bolt at Jim Norton Chevrolet that was priced very competitively—not much more than some of the used Bolts I had been considering. Since we live in Northwest Arkansas and had more than a two-hour drive to the dealership, I wanted to make sure the Bolt was still available before making the trip. They confirmed that it was and stayed in constant communication with me leading up to our visit, making sure everything was ready when we arrived. Once my wife and I test-drove the Bolt and decided we wanted to purchase it, the entire process was very easy. At no point did we feel pressured to buy the vehicle, and they didn't push any of the extras either. They simply presented the available options and allowed us to make our own decisions, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that I was charged a document fee that was supposed to have been waived as part of our negotiations. I didn't take away any stars for that because I also should have caught it when reviewing the paperwork before signing. Overall, we had a great experience with Jim Norton Chevrolet. They were easy to work with, professional, and made the buying process straightforward and low-pressure. I would definitely recommend them to others, and for us, they were well worth the 2+ hour drive from Northwest Arkansas.

  We just bought our first Electric vehicle. ( I lost that bet, lol) we saw an ad for a Mustang GT Mach E and went that day to Jim Norton Chevrolet in Broken arrow. We had called ahead and they had the car and an excellent saleslady waiting for us. Zahara was very professional and if we had a question she knew or quickly found the answer for us. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, it was a painless process and Marte in finance made it fun. Such nice laid back professionals here. He spoke about the values Jim Morton has and how they are all about their customers being happy with their experience and services they provide. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. We are already enjoying the Mustang and trying an electric vehicle. Thank you , Mr Norton for the seamless experience. We will refer others to you in the future! .

  Evan Fancher salesman, called him about a 2018 camaro ss with only 7,000 miles, and I had a trade in, 2018 Toyota tundra, told him what I wanted for the trade in, and what I was welling to pay for the camaro, did all this on the phone, no hassle and no back and forth can you do this or that, did everything that I requested, plus found me a cheaper interest rate at 5. Something, which was awesome. Jim Norton dealership is over hour and half away from me, Mr.Fancher stated if I came in that day , which was after work (5pm) wouldn't make it there until around 7pm, he would have a sweet tea from a great tea place near them for my wife, which that was awesome touch and pretty genius on his part. Got there we was in and out quick, highly recommend Jim Norton in Broken Arrow Tulsa, for you next purchase for a vehicle.
