  Absolute Disgrace I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 from Jim Norton Chevrolet and it is, without exaggeration, a lemon. The vehicle has an ongoing electrical problem that renders it completely inoperable. The dealership agreed to fix it. They failed. Repeatedly. Multiple attempts, multiple extended periods with my truck sitting useless in their service department, and the problem remains unresolved. They did manage to “fix” a broken headlightby pulling a headlight off a Suburban sitting on their own lot. The salesman even joked that the Suburban was probably headed to auction soon, so it “shouldn’t matter.” That level of casual dishonesty and corner-cutting tells you everything you need to know about how this place operates. They offered to fill the gas tank after the service visits. They never did. The truck came with only one key. They made no effort to provide a second and simply pointed me toward a locksmith. I am disgusted and deeply disappointed by the entire experience. The vehicle is unreliable, the service is incompetent, and the attitude is pure contempt for the customer. Do not buy a used vehicle from Jim Norton Chevrolet. Do not trust their service department with anything that matters. Take your business elsewhere.

  I purchased a new 2026 Silverado from Jim Norton Chevrolet and was very happy with the customer service provided. My sales representative Justin Z, was excellent at communication and trying to make sure I was taken care of. We had a mishap, were the wrong truck options were overlooked on the truck that they went and got from another dealership out of state. Jim Norton’s team wanted to make sure that I was happy with the deal and made me an offer that we were all happy with on the truck. All and all, I’ve bought around a dozen vehicles from different dealerships and Jim Norton was one of the fastest and most accommodating, mostly because of Justin Z.

  Jim Norton Cheverolet has a knowledgeable sales team! They really listen to you when you tell them what you want. Jordan Coe was the sales associate i talked to , he really listened to what i wanted , i was really impressed with his knowledge of every vehicle i asked about, he didnt have to go ask his boss then get back to me , he wasted no time and knew the answers to my questions right off the top of his head!! Jordan Coe helped me get into a Brand new 2026 chevy trailblazer ls awd on 9/26/26. I have baught 2 brand new vehicles at this dealership, and i plan to buy my next vehicle there as well. I drove all the way from missouri to do business. Jim Norton Cheverolet treats you like family! The best feature of all is that they had the largest selection of suv's and any color of the rainbow to choose from. This is the first dealership that didnt have pushy salesmen that i have dealt with. Jordan Coe makes you feel like your talking to an old friend. I have had a relationship with Jim Norton since 2018 and i will be a repeat customer!

  I took my truck in to Jim Norton to get looked at for a possible issue going on with my engine. Turns out it was something else, but I couldn’t remember if I had gotten the type of warranty to cover it. Chris took the time to look it up for me and get the problem fixed. I had a great experience dealing with this dealership and I’d definitely recommend people going here to purchase a vehicle. Remember to always get an extended warranty.

  Experience Sep 21- appraised a like new Toyota using online process. Car is 1 month old and have to sell for personal reasons. Unlike CARMAX or Carvana who honor the price in my long experience (if you are HONEST with condition)-it is my experience and belief that the price shown to me here was simply a bait. Went over hours after online appraisal , title in hand to sell our car and they came back with exactly $2,850 less from $42,850 (which was slightly above CARMAX and Carvana and another Tulsa dealer. No reason provided. Condition and history absolutely flawless 10/10 in and out.. VIN miles (1400) and all options true as stated. Not a misunderstanding. . The small print said if car condition, miles and options accurate then price is valid. Sellers beware-not a good business model. We have trusted the Jim Norton name for decades -this was disappointing.
