Great customer service. The got me into the truck I have been wanting. Gave me a good deal on my Camaro andI drove off with what I wanted the same day. Jaxson was my salesman and did great. If he wasn't sure of something he found out right away.

The Issue: Service after the sale is nonexistent here. The Timeline: Dropped my vehicle off Tuesday for a scheduled warranty appointment. Zero updates or communication all week. The Result: It is now Saturday. I am picking up my vehicle because they haven't even started the evaluation, let alone ordered parts. The Verdict: Dealerships rely on repeat business. We bought the car, bought the extended warranty, and showed up for maintenance. Your service crew's total lack of communication just cost you a customer. If an employee pulled a 4-day "no-call, no-show," you would fire them. You are held to the same standard—we have fired you.

The service was great. The technician, Lessah, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Overall a terrific experience. Thank you.

My wife and I had very good experiences,we've bought a a couple trucks and cars there, until this past weekend, went to buy another truck there, done the deal, signed all the paperwork, had paper tag in hand, the detail shop wrecked the truck with major damage that tore the driver's door off,so the contract was tore up,and all they said was sorry, not even a let us find you another truck,no phone call from the GM,OR JIM NORTON himself to try to make it right to get us in another truck.needless to say we won't be using this dealership anymore, we are very disappointed with the outcome of this ,and will find another dealership to do business with

Jim Norton Chevrolet Apr 24, 2026 Elijah Hamilton I went to this dealership for a covered warranty recall. I was told that I would get a rental, however when I turned my truck in I was told that there were no rentals available and no other options were available. This has happened to me at other chevy dealership and was allowed to rent a car from a rental company and I was reimbursed. So I went and rented a baseline Kia Seltos and when I turned in the invoice to Jim Nortan I was haggled with. I was offered a fraction of the money that I spent. When I asked why they were not paying the full amount it was because the car that I rented was not a Chevy. I mean really? There is some other details to this whole interaction, but I don't want to put them all out on here. A rental vehicle was owned, and they will try and haggle with you if you go outside of one of there vendors; even if the vendor doesn't have a car available. Just a heads up about how this place handles service complaints. Also.... When we got the truck back none of the blinkers worked. We took it back and they had a rental available this time. Here is the kicker.... it was a KIA !!!
