  Grant hooked me up with a car that was a lot of fun to drive. I was having a difficult and stressful day trying to figure out how to deal with an auto claim and Grant was really helpful in making the process of getting in a rental significantly less stressful than past experiences with other companies has been. If you want to get fantastic customer service and drive an excellent vehicle, then this is the place to go!

  Reserved a car last minute for Wednesday morning, called to confirm and how long the process would take. But they said they can't guarantee the car will even be ready until Thursday at the earliest. Why allow reservation if you can't guarantee them.

  The team at this location are fantastic! They always have the car type I request and on time. I've rented from other companies that have let me down. The excellent experiences I've had with this Enterprise location have impressed me. I'll rent from them every time now!

  Won't be using Enterprise again unless every other car is rented in the BA area. The staff were friendly. This complaint is hopefully going to reach someone who can change how the tolls are collected. Multiple email invoices (paid 1 thinking they were all together), 3rd party 800 support number, (the local shop can't handle any of my issues), and because my Cc flagged the charge it didn't go through and now have to wait two weeks before I can pay my bill as I have to wait on a "physical invoice". The amount of time I wasted on a $20 bill...To management: please do better on this. Budget has a better streamlined service than this...

  Outstanding customer service and a smooth rental experience. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the entire process quick and stress-free.
