  I really like the online check in option because it makes the pickup process so much faster and easier once you arrive. All of the young men working at the broken arrow Aspen location are always on point and provide great service every time. I normally go in when they’re busy, but they always greet you, make you feel welcome, and let you know they’ll be with you shortly. You can tell they really care about providing good customer service. Great experience every time! Thank you

  The assistant manger is VERY RUDE AND HAS A MAJOR ATTITUDE! She was also very rude to her employees. I had to deal with her back in June and again this past Friday! She DOES NOT need to be a manger with that type of attitude!!!

  If want a good rent-a car service, choose Enterprise! They took care business in a matter of no time at all. TY Enterprise for putting your customers first and with a good attitude! You show up in a big way! Way to go…

  I rented a mid sized suv yesterday and returned it today and Grant took care of us. Very kind young man. I’m going through a lot right now just losing my grandmother and he made sure to give me his condolences even the next day when he saw me again. I’m sure he deals with a lot of customers on a day to day so it was very sweet that he acknowledged it again. Thank you Grant! We will be back.

  I reserved a premium suv 3 months ago. The rep called me the week prior to confirm I still needed the vehicle. I explained to him then that I needed an suv with passenger bench seats because we were going to Yellowstone. When I got to location to pick up vehicle at first it was a wagonner with bald tires and a chunk missing out of right front tire and passenger seats was a bench seat. I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOT!! They told me they could refund my money and I could go somewhere else…. UNACCEPTABLE.!! I bitched and they gave me the option of a Tahoe lt VERSION again with a bench seat and unfortunately we were leaving that day or I would have cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere. I even asked if they could call another enterprise location and get us the vehicle we reserved and they said no they could not. The Tahoe LT was a very uncomfortable ride and remember we were driving 19 hours straight….. for the amount of money we paid to reserve a premium suv, this was NOT A PREMIUM SUV. Very unhappy and I will never rent from enterprise again after this. There are so many other rental car places to choose from and I will do so from now on. Hard lesson learned
