  If you have to rent a vehicle, the best place is in Broken Arrow on Aspen. Great, helpful and friendly. Great experience.

  No complaints at all. I think every time we have rented a car, it's always been Enterprise, and that's why we keep coming back, being happy with the 'no hassle' service that we're used to

  Today was a long day of chasing down a car to rent since our vehicle was totalled and we are dealing with the other driver's insurance to complete the claim. After trying THREE different Enterprise locations to fulfill our reservation through a 3rd party app, the location at 81st and Aspen delivered for us big time. Customer Service is an art form and the young man, Grant, in Broken Arrow is expertly qualified in that art... After several No's, he gave me a yes and got me squared away quickly. He took the time to listen to my frustrations with the rental process and made sure I could leave with no worries. I'm posting this to make sure Grant gets his credit for being excellent at his job. Don't let that one slip away, Enterprise. He's a keeper! Thank you, Grant, and God Bless.

  I’ve never had such a professional experience with getting a rental car. The manager (Grant) at this Broken Arrow location. They were so busy with customers. He was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient but listened to the customer. This young man is going places for his future. Whatever you are paying him, it’s not enough. Hang on to him and move him up. He has great work ethic.
