- KTKejuan Taylor2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. When we picked up our rental, we weren’t told up front about a three hundred dollar deposit. That was just withheld. We were told it would be released in 24 to 48 hours, but here we are a week later, still waiting. They’re now saying it might be resolved by Wednesday. On top of that, when we arrived, we had to wait in the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes while the car was being cleaned. Overall, poor communication, hidden charges, and very unprofessional service. I definitely would not recommend this location.

I watched Christine pull my car right off a drop-off to wash it, and she had it ready and spotless in no time. Henry provided courteous, top-tier assistance, and Grant was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Even though this location is 30 miles away from my house, the incredible customer service makes it my go-to Enterprise from now on.

She is a MANAGER there and she was very unaccommodating and also when we asked for a ride home she was supposed to give us a ride home but she refused saying it's only for 3 mi where Enterprise" AI "SAYS 10 MILES. PLEASE remove this lady as soon as possible or come and check her out. WE SPENT $700 ON THE RENTAL CAR FOR OVER A WEEK AND HER HER ASSISTANT EMPLOYEE KADEN SAID THE DAY BEFORE IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM TO TAKE US HOME. SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
