Let me start my review like this! When we arrived at the lot we were greeted by young lady named Haley, she was upbeat professional and very kind. We expressed our interest in a Hyundai Palisade that they had there on the lot, that is when we met Jason Pierce. We informed Jason of our interest and our wanting to trade our vehicle in, within just a few minutes Jason had a deal put together that benefited us as the customer and him as a business. The process moved extremely well and very professional going forward. We left there with the new to us vehicle and within a few days experienced an issue with the vehicle. This here is the very reason that Drive Point is the one car lot that I would recommend to any and all people! Jason Pierce could have left the issue to be only mine, but he did not this is where Jason stepped up to the plate like no other car lot does! He seen all by himself that the issue was resolved and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He never left it up to us to resolve, he and he alone resolved the issue, that is the kind of human being and general manager that will make the car purchasing process what it should be for all car lots! Thank you so much to you Jason and your team for being top-notch and walking the mile with us! From my family to yours have a wonderful day!

very nice people, helped out really well, took money off the car to get a little problem fixed and are really great
I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience.
We purchased a 2013 Lexus RX350 from this dealership and were excited about the vehicle. Within just a day or two day, however, we began noticing several issues, including a pull to the right, front-end noises, and eventually a Check Engine light and TRAC OFF light.
We took the vehicle to our Lexus-certified mechanic, who diagnosed a failed electronic steering column with an estimated repair cost of approximately $3,900.
What was most disappointing wasn't simply that the vehicle had problems—used vehicles can have unexpected issues. It was how we were treated when we contacted the dealership.
During our conversations, both my husband and I experienced unprofessional communication. At one point, we were spoken to disrespectfully, and the conversation ended with us being threatened to be hung up on.
What was especially frustrating was learning only after we requested to return the vehicle that the dealership already had a steering-related part on order. We were never informed of that prior to the sale or immediately after reporting the problems.
To their credit, they ultimately agreed to unwind the deal after we provided the mechanic's diagnosis, and we do appreciate that resolution. However, the process to get there was unnecessarily difficult and stressful.
I hope this feedback encourages better communication and transparency with future customers.

Drove over an hour today to purchase a suv from this dealer and the salesman told me a time to come in and that I was pre qualified to make it a smooth process- I pull up and the salesman wasn’t even there today and that the car sold the day before. Don’t recommend this dealer as they don’t know how to keep clients straight. I wasn’t driving all this way to waste their time at all, had full intent on the purchase.
Had a great no pressure buying experience. Their financing options are surprisingly fair for a dealership. Fantastic team and buying experience.
