  I had looked more than one place by the time I found Skylar @ Knippelmier, and I had blocked the calls of more than one obsessive salesmen caller. I just wanted the time and space to really consider my wants and needs without feeling pressured to make a decision—and Knippelmier gave me that. When I almost settled for a car I didn’t want, Skylar didn’t push the sell!! She looked until she found the EXACT car I told her I wanted, and patiently waited each weekend until close. She and the team even measured the trunk to see if my dad’s wheelchair would fit, and the paperwork was easy and quick! I’ll hands-down never go anywhere else. Next car, Knippelmier.

  We had only had our Silverado a few weeks. It was my first experience with a diesel. When I stopped to fill up, I thought I was careful. The pump had a “diesel” sign sticking out. I chose the nozzle on the left, and also, the left button had the same price on it as the price of the diesel on the sign. I filled up, got going, and then everything went wrong from there. It was driving rough and all kinds of strange things were going on on the driver’s screen. I had put premium in, not diesel (I will NEVER do that again!} I still had over a 500 miles to get to Del Rio, where my husband was. I called him and explained how bad the truck was running. He said to just keep driving and get there. What??? Did I really want to get stranded in the upcoming desert? Miles and miles in the back of beyond?? I chose not. So, I asked Google to find a Chevrolet dealership on my way. Knippelmier Chevrolet was the third on the list. I am so glad I chose that one. They were so kind. They explained all that would have to be done, and told me more parts of the engine might have also been ruined. If so, that would make it much more expensive. But, they assured me, several times, that they would do everything they could do to keep the bill as low as possibly they could. They kept that promise. It wasn’t cheap, but I know they could have charged me much more. It was late afternoon when I had arrived at the dealership. So, a very nice employee gave me a ride to a hotel. The next day, he called me to tell me the truck was fixed and he would pick me up. They had drained the gas out, and painstakingly cleaned everything out. But, thankfully, I hadn’t driven the truck far enough to ruin other parts of the engines. He mentioned he was glad that I hadn’t gone to one of the other dealerships in Oklahoma City, because there were some that would have taken advantage of me. I believe that could have happened. Instead, this dealership bent over backward for me. They knew it wouldn’t be covered by our extended warranty. It was a long job, but they were more than fair to me. I am very grateful. Thank you!!!
