We offer competitive pricing but most important we do not try to sell you work that you do not need. We pride ourselves in honest, dependable service in a timely manner.

I’ve had my car to 2 different shops in Bartlesville and both “changed stuff, replaced stuff and fixed stuff.” But never actually fixed what was wrong. When I told them it drives weird, it smells like gas in the car, or that it’s so loud. The response was “It’s a jeep” or “you have to drive it a while to break in the new parts”.. I got so tired of being talked to like I have no common sense. Until today! My car is FINALLY fixed!! It doesn’t feel or sound like it’s flying apart.. I highly recommend Madden Auto Repair. Thank you Vicki Madden for listening to me and for Brian fixing it! I will 💯 recommend you guys. I dropped if off last night and picked it up tonight. The other two places had it for 2-3 weeks each time and it was never right. Oh and Hali has the best customer service and was quick to respond to my questions. Thank you!!!!

Honest, reliable and incredible customer service. Called this past Wednesday and was told they wouldn't be able to get to my car until Monday. I brought car in on Wednesday so would be on property. They called on Thursday to let me know service was already completed!!! This recent experience went above and beyond trying to help me with future service for the car. Like I said 5 🌟
