- JWJason R WolfAug 18, 20264.0More and more Pilot and Flying J's are allowing POVs inside truck parking lots. This is extremely unsafe for small vehicles given that most high rate of accidents between trucke happen in a truck stop parking lot. Pilot/Flying J needs to correct these safety concerns as quickly as possible. The liabilty of a large or high profile vehicle along with these four wheelers in the lot could be a legal liability for all parties involved and Pilot/Flying J if a tractor trailer turns and a heavy trailer load go over a small vehicle which could case signaficant harm let alone maybe dismembermemt and or death due tonits low profile and blond spots of a large vehicle.
- POPL OJul 30, 20261.0There was a young African American lady with red hair working today who would not turn the pump on even though I had my fleet one card in hand. I have fueled here many times, but she apparently decided to change the rules of how to fuel a semi. Also, when the older gentleman in front of me checked out, he asked her what he needed to do when his card didnt finish processing and she very rudely and condescendingly told him to enter his pin. She then rolled her eyes and started giggling, he asked her if she was laughing at him and she says no..while still smirking. Unfortunately, the truck stop will lose my business from here on out. Do better people!
