- TBTera Bowman5 days ago1.0Went into the store to pay for fuel. Then only to be told they are out of gas/diesel. This would have been an issue, but I watch multiple people run their cards at the pumps which is an automatic hold for them not to be able to gas. Not tention it's a holiday weekend.
- EEEugeneJun 30, 20261.0Worst customer service I’ve ever seen with a short lady acting like a boss man when people are tired at night and she’s giving an attitude. That’s really really bad. I hope the management will see this comment and teach her what the proper way treating Truck drivers for coming to the truckstop to receive good customer service and not a grumpy lady that who will treat you really bad I was waiting patiently because the gentleman was helping another truck driver. And I asked her can I pay for my coffee and she replied. I have another customer to help while there was no Customer she was helping so what’s the deal? I don’t understand this kind of attitude.

The line for the showers stays around 11-15 it seems like this is one of those locations where the employees wait until every shower is empty and clean them all at once. Showers only have hot water not what i want when its 100 degrees outside but other than that they were cleaned properly. Lots of room for parking at the back even approaching peak hours
- SSSarahJun 20, 20265.0There's some great people that work here. The truck mechanics were able to send me to some regular tire places that may be open after 6pm before doing any work on our truck. They then fixed my air bags supply line quickly and charged more than a fair price. The cashier was also very helpful on getting a parking spot for our 40' horse trailer since the RV spots weren't going to work and were mostly taken. We tried the commercial truck parking but the truckers did not want us there and kept parking 1' beside us in the trucker parking. They did this on purpose leaving more than 5' on the other side which held another semi. That happened twice on a row.
