Dear Enterprise Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Enterprise location in Ardmore, Oklahoma on August 4, 2026. I reserved my rental vehicle on Saturday, several days before picking it up. This was my first time renting a vehicle through Enterprise. My reservation was for a Hyundai through my insurance claim. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the only vehicle my insurance would cover at the $22 daily rate was an older maroon Mazda hatchback. Although I was disappointed because it was not what I expected, the younger employee who initially assisted me was kind, professional, and respectful. She explained the situation, and I left to obtain a credit card so I could complete the rental. When I returned later, a different employee, katrina Schuyler, assisted me. From the beginning of the interaction, she appeared irritated and unwelcoming. My grandmother, who rents vehicles frequently, came inside with me to help because this was my first rental experience. She simply asked whether the Mazda was the only vehicle available that my insurance would cover. The employee confirmed that it was. As I was preparing to accept the vehicle, I noticed it was missing a hubcap. Since I would be responsible for the vehicle until approximately August 28, I felt it was reasonable to ask what had happened to the missing hubcap and to ask questions about the vehicle's condition. My concern was simply that I wanted to be sure I was receiving a safe vehicle and that I would not later be held responsible for damage that already existed. Instead of answering my questions professionally, the conversation quickly became confrontational. I also asked how long I would be expected to keep the rental because I had previously been told over the phone that it would likely be until August 28. Rather than providing clarification, the employee refused to answer and repeatedly acted as though she did not want to assist me. Throughout the interaction, I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience instead of being addressed with basic customer service. At one point, the employee stated she was going to call the police. I told her that I was not a threat and that I was only trying to ask questions about the rental vehicle. Although we had a verbal disagreement, I never threatened anyone or acted violently. My grandmother then told me to leave, and I immediately exited the building. Before I left, the employee stated that she would make a note in my rental file indicating that I was difficult to handle. This concerns me because I have never rented from Enterprise before, and I do not want my first interaction with your company to be documented without my side of the story being considered. I understand that inventory is limited and that my insurance only covered a certain rental rate. My complaint is not that I was offered an older vehicle. My complaint is how I was treated when I asked reasonable questions about a vehicle that I would have been financially responsible for. I believe customers should be able to ask about visible damage, vehicle condition, and rental terms without being met with hostility or being made to feel unwelcome. I respectfully ask that Enterprise review this incident, including any available security camera footage, any notes entered into my rental profile, and any statements from the employees involved. I also request that my account reflect my explanation of what occurred so that there is a fair and complete record of this incident. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Breaunna Pickens

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. The lady supervisor talks to you with such condescending disrespect its unbelievable!!! She was so rude on an upgrade my friend had that they was supposed to get and had their confirmation and then the supervisor EMPLOYEE downgrading her reservation saying to her"take it or leave it on what she could get, the supervisor lady with a mans hair cut told her at the ARDMORE RENTAL ENTERPRISE! I reserved a vehicle for my CANCER TREATMENTS IN OKC that I have to go to since my car was in the shop and had a confirmation for the rental car the next Monday for the car and the same lady supervisor calls me that Monday morning saying sorry your out of luck I have no rental car for you. I told her I had to be at my cancer appointment which she already knew about and said I don't have a car for you!!!!! I told her I was calling her corporate office on her and she was like whatever and hung up on me. I did call corporate and made a complaint about how rude this woman is to their customers and I was told the district manager would call me back. No suprise, they never did! That's Millenial corporate for ya today, they don't care about anything. Anyways, if you all love being treated like DIRT by a ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEE when your paying for the car rental go see Enterprise car rentals in Ardmore,Ok! Enterprise will never get any of my money ever again. Did find out that Toyota of Ardmore rents cars to if you actually like getting treated like a valued customer! Its good to know how Enterprise rental cars in Ardmore,Ok treats and disrespects Americas DISABLED VETERANS WITH CANCER! And yes, that lady supervisor there knew I was a disabled veteran with cancer, I guess she doesn't like veterans who served their country.
