  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus! Ptak was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. It’s always nice to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Ptak and the Brakes Plus team!

  They were awesome!! Made my appointment online…Got an oil change and tire rotation!! I will need brakes soon, but there was no pressure to get them today!! Gary and Derrick were nice, helpful, and just great! This will be my forever place 😊

  Gary McDaniel was a very respectable person and make sure I got everything I needed done on my vehicle and took the time to look at everything over I will be doing business again there I will pass the word have everybody come to see Gary whatever needs be done on a vehicle

  We got the oil changed on my wife’s car and my truck. My wife had them rotate and check the brakes on her car. Once the tires were off they brought us out into the shop and showed us our brakes and the measurements. Our brakes were good but it was very nice to see the brakes and have them explain their current condition first hand. Will return for service in the future. Great overall experience.

  This place is awesome! Gary is a professional and he helped get me all the discounts. My car "Martha" is practically brand new. They repaired her AC, changed her oil, gave her new struts and new wipers. This place has done me so good. I even left w a free car wash and a bag of swag. Wow, Luv it!
