  I stopped by the new O’Reilly Auto Parts to pick up some lightbulbs. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, which wasn’t a huge deal, but the interaction at the counter only got more awkward from there. I asked the employee to make sure I had the correct bulbs, and with what can only be described as unmatched enthusiasm (heavy sarcasm), he half-looked them up in the computer and told me they were LED lights. I mentioned that I was pretty sure they weren’t LED, and was met with a long stare instead of any real help. I then asked if he could install them for me, and his response was, “Well, if it’s not too much of a hassle.” At that point, I decided to put the items back and leave. The new store may want to consider retraining Rusty on customer service. After that, I went to AutoZone and jokingly apologized for “cheating on them.” The difference was night and day. They immediately helped me, confirmed the correct bulbs, and installed them without hesitation. Huge shoutout to Jacob Feagins for being genuinely helpful and making the experience enjoyable. That’s how customer service is supposed to work.

  Had to get a new tail light bulb, had the funniest experience. The girl with the septum piercing was so funny and positive. It's nice to see someone with such a positive personality. 10/10 just for the good laughs

  I recently went to Auto Zone for several things in a few days span , and the same young man, Cody, waited on me each time. Not only was he very kind, He was so helpful, getting my items for me, opening the door, and carrying my items to my vehicle, (I use a cane). A terrific young man. Kuddos to Mom for his upbringing, and AutoZone for hiring Cody. Thanks Cody. You”re a fine young man!

  Been a customer since I went in their first store around 85-86. Best prices of all retail parts stores. And someone who listens and helps you

  They put me on hold a never came back to get me off hold. Im also a customer. Dont put me on hold to take another customer. I always choose o'reilly's. I feel bad and give autozone a chance, but then they always let me down like always, so I don't ever feel bad about choosing o'reilly's over autozone.
