Recommended I come back on Monday for the military discount 3. Saw my engine air filter had been replaced recently so they didn’t recommend a replacement Cons: 1. Allowed a decent amount of used motor oil to drip from the old filter into the engine bay during removal. Enough to smell like burning oil on the next drive. I needed to use brake clean to remove oil stains on the skid plates and in the engine bay. 2. Over tightened drain bolt underneath resulting in the rubber crush washer breaking. Didn’t tell the me, I noticed later. 3. Didn’t service oil correctly. After I left a new ticking noise developed that was audible from inside the car. After some thought I figured it was the timing chain, but I had never heard it from inside the car before. I wound up changing the oil myself again after 400 miles because I didn’t like the sound and didn’t want to risk any potential damage. Seems like the noise went away after I serviced. Can’t say what caused it for sure but my suspicion is that they either under or over filled the oil quantity. 4. Not sure what brand oil they use but the oil filter itself was a cheap brand. Overall, customer service was good but the service quality I got was poor. Bad enough that I had to redo the job I paid them $100 for about two weeks later. Again based on the reviews it doesn’t seem like that is the norm for this business but it’s what I got when I went.
