    Thought this place was ok. Idk why im getting charges on my card from you guys after I already got my deposit back. Doesn't make sense at all.

    Five stars are given for the office we returned the car to, NOT the Altus office. The Altus office told us that the place we were going to had an after hours key drop. This wasn't true. We had to wait many hours to return our car in person the next day. Maybe the employee at the Altus counter could have verified his claim instead of being lazy and assuming. His actions seriously screwed up our finances and travel plans. Luckily the place we were finally able to return the car to was AN ALL STAR TEAM, what we've come to expect from Enterprise. The owner even drove us back to our accommodations and made us laugh , which helped lessen an already stressful situation. Don't waste your money at the Altus office, they are lazy and dismissive. If you can get yourself one town over then you'll find yourself one of the best Enterprise offices you'll ever come across.

    Limited service availability. Was not able to rent a van for a one way trip to the airport. Could not guarantee the van I needed since I had to book online.
