  Went in to fix my ac thinking it was going to cost several hundred, nope $80! Jerry at the ADA,OK location is very helpful and kind. He explained things very well in a way I could understand. He/Brakes Plus did not try and sell me a bunch of BS! We will be back, Thank you Jerry!!! White-VW-JETTA TDI

  The team at Ada Brakes Plus has gone above and beyond for me on multiple visits. Tammie has been so much help on addressing concerns and explaining options to me. Highly recommend this location and team. They will take good care of you! Great place for brakes, oil change, tire alignments, tire rotations and more!

  This could have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the ridiculous procedure with my state sales tax exemption. When checking out to pay my bill, I presented my exemption card and was informed that Brakes Plus corporate had to approve it. They said that this would take about 15 minutes. So, I was held hostage pending an approval from some main corporate location. After they received the phone call, I was able to leave. This is unacceptable! This may be escalated to the Oklahoma Tax Commission for review.

  I called days in advance and made an appointment to have new brake pads put on. My appointment was at 10:00 am. I got there a little early so I could get my car checked in as I came from out of town. I gave them all my information and was told they would take it for a test drive and call me shortly. About 11:40 am I finally get a call and I was given a quote for almost $600! For a bunch of nonsense. Since I didn’t want to pay that kind of money they put off fixing the brakes. They took the tires off and put it on the lift where it stayed All day. My husband had to talk to them and get upset for the way they treated me. It’s a shame a woman is treated that way. I will Never use Brake Plus again due to the awful experience by the guy who checked me in. Ladies beware!
