Jerry was very friendly and helpful, Tammy was very friendly in setting up my appointment on the phone. I, unfortunately, missed the names of the ones who actually worked on my vehicle. Thank you for having a great crew, Jacob.

Used them for coolant leak. They replaced water pump. Still was leaking. They said it was something else. Took to local shop (Posey’s). They found that Brakes Plus incorrectly installed a fitting that caused it to continue to leak. Went ahead and had Poseys replace the water pump. They charged me $400 less to do it right. Only reason I had to go elsewhere is Brakes Plus refused to fix it and told me to go to the dealership because they don’t have anyone qualified to do the repair. Really? If I wanted to do that I already would have and if you didn’t have a qualified tech why did you attempt to fix it. The regional manager called me pissed he had to do something. I was 100% honest the whole way and gave them every opportunity. I told the manager (Jake) I was fine to just work it out without escalating as long as it was fixed and they just ghosted me. I don’t think they did a bad job on purpose, they just let unqualified staff work on it. Then they treated me poorly when I just wanted to resolve the issue. They eventually agreed to refund the repair cost if I returned the old pump. I did and they shorted me about $300 on the agreed amount. That’s a flat truth description.

Wow! I am amazed at the service and work they provided. My wife and I are from California and are in Ada visiting our son and his family. The air conditioning in my 2000 Frod F250 stopped working. I scheduled an appointment and took the truck to the. The customer service provided by Jerry was excellent and the shop completed all the nessary repairs within 2 hours. I highly recommend them!
