  I came in to have my brakes changed. Rob worked me in. Jordan worked hard to get my brakes replaced, along with dealing with several other challenges my vehicle presented, while also working on several other vehicles. The staff is friendly, professional, and exceptional at customer service.

  I’m out of state and scheduled an appointment to get the AC compressor diagnosed on my girlfriend’s car. Upon showing up for her appointment, she was told she’d have to wait another hour. No big deal I suppose, but the man behind the counter then said “if you’re bored you can always clean up around here”. Not very professional at all. Go to one of the many other reputable shops in the area and don’t give these clowns your business.

  Went in for brakes that were old. Turned out I had a seized caliper, bad rotors, and severely worn out brakes. They got me in quickly, worked on my truck with great care, kept me informed of the status, showed me my old parts and their damage. Great service and care!

  Amazing service, the men there were a huge help in a really bad day. They offered any help they could offer and got me fixed up and back on the road quickly and efficiently. The manager of this establishment should be very proud of their associates.

  The management at the Zanesville store was great! Staff were friendly and made my time there waiting easy to handle.
