  I had an alignment done, well I was supposed to have one done. After paying the bill of over $250 for an alignment and 2 tires of my own mounted, I was handed the keys and was informed that my tie rods were seized up and the Alignment didn’t pass. Now why would you charge me for a service that wasn’t done? And try to pass it off like it’s normal routine at your store? I asked for the spec sheet that shows the before and after alignment and the guy told me that the printer for the alignment machine doesn’t work. I then asked for it to be sent via email. The acting lead assistant manager told me he doesn’t know how to pull up the history on the machine. He said he would call me if he figured it out. Which is simple when you google it. (Obviously he’s lying or undertrained). So now I’m out the money waiting for a possible refund. I decided to make an opinionated Facebook post about the situation. And the store manager leaves me a voicemail about my post talking about, he wants to talk about what I said about his employees, rather than deescalating and wanting to acknowledge the theft and deceit done to me or and trying to make things right. I’ll leave a review every day until I get my refund.

  I don’t normally go to auto mechanic chains, but I had a bad car situation and landed at Monro. They did everything possible to help me to the point of not even making money, just to make sure I was taken care of. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced service like that. I’d highly recommend them as an honest place of business. Shoutout to Rob and the team!

  I came in to have my brakes changed. Rob worked me in. Jordan worked hard to get my brakes replaced, along with dealing with several other challenges my vehicle presented, while also working on several other vehicles. The staff is friendly, professional, and exceptional at customer service.

  I’m out of state and scheduled an appointment to get the AC compressor diagnosed on my girlfriend’s car. Upon showing up for her appointment, she was told she’d have to wait another hour. No big deal I suppose, but the man behind the counter then said “if you’re bored you can always clean up around here”. Not very professional at all. Go to one of the many other reputable shops in the area and don’t give these clowns your business.

  Went in for brakes that were old. Turned out I had a seized caliper, bad rotors, and severely worn out brakes. They got me in quickly, worked on my truck with great care, kept me informed of the status, showed me my old parts and their damage. Great service and care!
