  In 2023, this dealer left my sunroof drain line unhooked, flooding my 2023 GMC Terrain Denali. I have brought it back several times for subsequent dashboard/radio blackouts. The service department refuses to inspect the electrical harnesses for internal water corrosion and is trying to write it off as a simple software update. I am currently engaging GMC Corporate.

  Jon Merryman is by far the best salesman. He always listens to what we are looking for and shows us the best options that meet our needs. We have been going to Jon for all of our vehicle purchases for years! Tracy from finance dept is so incredibly kind and beyond helpful!

  Went to Drennen’s today looking to buy a newer truck with not the most credit history Dakota Wood made it seem effortless and easy. Treated me and my family like his own. Really appreciated his customer service 100% would buy from him again.

  Bought my GMC Acadia 3 years ago from Drennens. I had to bring it in for an airbag recall. Jamie was exceptional in the service area. That day the car care guys were very busy working with many. Jamie was very informative and patient with my questions. I was able to schedule another service fix within days for preventative maintenance. Sometimes we put off car care concerned the fix will be to costly, I got lucky this time, fix was very reasonably priced & they were available on a Saturday so I wouldn’t miss work. I see many reviews on the car salesmen, so I must shine a light on the service guys in the back. Us car owners appreciate the hard work & friendly care the service guys bring. Thanks so kindly
