  My first time experiencing this location, I normally use a different company. I have to say great fast service, no one high pressures you to spend extra money , they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked everything about them cool vibe and I will come back again ! I loved there’s a girl working here too!

  Veterans of America do not go to Valvoline they will rob you because your disabled and can't look under your own vehicle had to have back surgery wasn't even allowed to drive for 3 months they don't care DO NOT Do not trust these people they will rob you and lose your skid plate and then tell you your vehicle never came with one when you know it had one everybody at the shop know that had one but they're going to lie and say it never happened management says they don't have extra skid plates on property store employees told me they do have extra skid plates from Vehicles they left then off of the skid plate is what holds in the inner Fender Wellsin place which are now tore up they can't keep the truth between their customer service and their managers and their employees!!!°. Talk to an employee on the phone he said they had plenty got to the store to try to go through them to find the one that would fit my truck management told me that employee didn't work there I guess their management likes to lie to you and do not trust Ron with the management people worst than the rest. The only reason I went there was because i could not get to the filter with the skid plate on the truck. Store said thay have a lot of them in the storage area. THAT NEVER GOT PUT BACK ON. Also Ron said it never came with one. And wouldn't let me talk to the employee that said they had plenty of them (skid plate)

  I stopped in here on Saturday, {8.29.26} This friendly gentleman,"Tom" took care of My Jeep & answered all of my questions, and made My experience very pleasant. The mechanic who's "ground-guide" skills are on 10, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, as well! They were very professional and polite! My Hubby will be in today, {9.1.26} for the same services: Oil change, fluid fill-ups, tire pressure checks, air & cabin filter(s), if needed, and the like. We will request Tom & the wonderful mechanic I had! With the $25.coupon, pricing was a LOT cheaper than taking our Jeeps to Kufleitner! Also, You get to stay in your vehicle! Everywhere else, is a 1-2+ hour wait! We found our new Place for Oil changes! 🛢🚙🤗Thank you! 💫🙏✨️

  I came to this Valvoline in Boardman before picking my kids up from daycare. When I arrived, there were three other cars waiting, not including the ones already being serviced. I waited further back so they could tell me where to move. The first guy told me to move to the far left so I could let the car in the middle back out and leave. I moved to the left, the middle car backed out and left, and then I moved back to the middle. A few minutes later, the second guy told me he wanted me to move to the far right so the dark blue car that had just arrived could move to the left. He moved me into the blue car’s spot on the right and moved someone else into my old spot in the middle. I told him I had been there before the blue car arrived. He said he reviewed the camera and that the other car had been there before me. He said it three times and even told me he wasn’t lying about it. He also told me the lane he was putting me in was the fastest lane. The second employee was a white, middle-aged man with a very distinctive, deep, announcer-like voice. He has worked at this Valvoline location for a while. I also had an issue with him before when I had my old car. I have dashcam footage from my car that shows what happened when I arrived and the dark blue car arriving afterward. Fast forward, all the cars that were in front of me when I arrived had already left, including the dark blue car. I was the last one to leave. The second guy never spoke to me again for the rest of the service after that conversation. I also noticed this place used to be packed with cars, and now there are barely any. I honestly wonder why. “I wouldn’t lie to ya, I promise.” 🤥👊 Valvoline charges you a lot of money for their services, yet they treat you like you’re getting the service for free.
