- RRRegina ReneeJul 30, 20262.0Usually the visit runs smooth the guys are very accommodating but on that particular day when the young man told me that there was a little smoke coming from under the hood I understand that they're not allowed to give a diagnosis they're just there to make sure your oil is changed in different things like that checking the fluids and stuff but the young man that came up behind the worker fussed him out so bad he couldn't even say goodbye or have a nice day I didn't think that was professional so I don't know if I'll come to that particular one anymore because they didn't even tell me to do my reset they didn't look at my filters to see if the one under the dash needed changed they didn't offer it was very quick usually it's not that quick they usually check pretty decent and it's usually very friendly but this was a different day so I may not come back to that one however I do like Valvoline

And much cheaper than jiffy lube (where I got my last oil change) so I will be back to this location even though it's 30 mins away from where I live. I love how all the workers work well together. That made the environment enjoyable for everyone while waiting.

I ended up taking my Buick to the other location up the street, where the staff were polite and quick. Take notes and lose the attitude. Won't be coming back to this location
