  Will not be back to this location. Store manager Aaron refused to give me a refund of $30 (so a pretty trivial amount to the business to retain a customer and do the right thing) when I had to get my tire rotation reversed 3 days after the fact. The reason was due to a loud humming sound after they rotated the back tires to the front. This was done as an add on to my oil change on a Thursday evening and I promptly returned Monday after work to address the issue and ask that they put the tires back the way they found them. He agreed to do so (obviously) but refused to give me a refund. While I was present I watched them, for my assurance it was being done correctly, and to my surprise one of the workers was about to tighten the lug nuts with one tire unevenly placed on the base. I brought this to the managers attention who corrected his worker. Thankfully now that my tires are back where they belong the sound is gone, magic. Sad that they lost a regular just because of a $30 service that they obviously did incorrectly. Additionally the dealor service dept I normally service my vehicle at said that my tires didn't even need a rotation and Valvoline upsold me a service I didn't need. I will not be back to Valvoline in general and will now have all work done, even oil changes, at the dealership who's prices are exactly the same. No incentive to go back to a place that has such poor customer care/ concern/service. Aaron do better.

  I will always make a point to come to this location. Was just in a few weeks ago for an oil change and transmission fluid change, but today I had a headlight go out. Off I went to Belmont Ave where they take care of me every time! Big thanks and a shout out to Wayne, Dre, Katie and the rest of the gang for always being the great pit crew that keeps me on the road !

  Valvoline is awesome! Specifically the Liberty location. I’ve been coming here for a few years and never an issue, always willing to help and explain. Dre helped me today (has in the past as well) and gave stellar service 🤞🏾

  Short wait time and greeted promptly and kept me informed on what was being checked and usual maintenance needs on my Subaru. They pulled out the cabin air filter in front of me and YIKES! Leaves all up in it! Got that sorted out. Thanks again!
