- JPJeremy PorterSep 24, 20265.0Bre and Chris are the best! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and give the best experience there! It’s the only Valvoline I’ll go to!
- JPJim PastoreSep 18, 20265.0The staff here were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This store also does oil changes and tire rotation. That was my main reason for going to this particular store! I will defently be a return customer!
- MPMorgan ParkerSep 17, 20261.0Well now that my bulb is completely blown out and I FINALLY found someone to help me I can prove that yall put the light bulb back into the housing unit incorrectly and it melted my entire thing! I left a bad review, someone called me told me to take it back so they could look, I did that, they denied the damage was there, said it was not melted (YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE ITS MELTED TO CRAP) & basically denied all accountability, even though everything was fine until they touched it. If it was an honest mistake they could have fixed it then & no worries but they denied it, gave me my oil change for “free” to shut me up and that’s that BUT my car is an old Lexus, it’s going to cost me almost $300 to fix the housing unit where my lightbulbs go!!!! This is unacceptable. I’m a single mom, I can barely afford to keep the oil changed in my car much less an emergency like this because guess what I CANT DRIVE WITHOUT HEADLIGHTS. And I can’t get a headlight back into the housing unit because valvoline shoved the light back in because they were VERY backed up the day I was there, I waited 40 mins for the initial oil change. Sooooo basically it’s screw me?!
- DDDavidJul 15, 20265.0Came here from up the street at 224. The other location was very rude and off putting, so seen that this location was right up the road and decided to come by. I am glad I did as they were very polite and quick! I'll be coming here from now on.
- DSDeanna SeckJul 13, 20265.0HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 20/10!!!! Kimberly and her staff are absolute gems! Polite, friendly, fast, efficient. I could not have asked for anything better. Pricing was very reasonable. Service was thorough and super fast. This is my oil change place forever now.
