  Went to the car wash and had no idea they’d shut off the vacuums early. Said nothing when I pulled in to clean my car and went to multiple vacuums to sweep it out with no success. If they are going to shut off vacuums earlier than their close time, that needs clearly displayed. Car isn’t even clean on the outside.

  Very professional and very clean. Staff is very welcoming, and my car always comes out clean Also, they offer a free detail center and vacuums with your wash.

  Entered the car wash with an intact windshield, immediately after exiting noticed I had a cracked from the top all the way to the bottom of the windshield. Filled out an incident report that wasn’t filed immediately and had to hound them for 2 weeks to file the claim. 2 days after that I received the email saying my claim has been denied! They said everything was in working form that day. Will not be back

  I pulled in for a quick wash and clean up job. Before I started cleaning the interior of my ride, Britney explained the “detail center” to me. I had no clue I could use that! Thanks Britney.

  First time at take 5 car wash and the workers are very amazing and gentle hearted 💪
