    During this transaction, the merchant exhibited major deceptive business practices, which forced me to immediately halt all contact and have the truck towed away: Refusal to Return Parts: When I asked about getting the old parts back if a replacement happened, the mechanic claimed a "core charge" prevented it. When I offered to pay the core charge out-of-pocket to keep my property, he refused to call his supplier to check the price, aggressively claiming he was "too busy" while I stood right in front of him. Refusal to Stand By His Work: The merchant wrote "New PCM to fix issue" on his paperwork. However, when I asked him to sign his name to validate that his diagnosis was correct and would actually fix the vehicle, he completely refused to sign it. Fabricated Billing Items: The merchant charged for items like an engine coolant sensor and its wiring. However, the vehicle's computer was not even communicating or reading data to generate a trouble code for that system. They billed for things that could not possibly have been diagnosed. Definitive Proof of Fraud (Dealership Invoice Attached): Because of his hostile behavior and refusal to sign his name to his own diagnosis, I had the truck towed directly to an official manufacturer dealership for a certified inspection. As clearly proven by the attached Official Dealership Invoice: The truck never needed a new engine computer (PCM). The actual issue was simply a broken wire running to the PCM. The dealership repaired the wire, and the truck runs perfectly on its original computer. ​Let’s look at the facts and the direct contradictions in your own statement. ​You explicitly state that the PCM had "no communication to any other vehicle modules." If the computer was completely dead and unable to communicate, it is physically impossible for it to read or transmit a diagnostic code to identify a faulty coolant temperature sensor. You voluntarily replaced a sensor that was already brand new on the vehicle, despite having zero computer data to justify doing so. ​Furthermore, your diagnosis that the PCM itself was bad has been proven completely false. The dealership confirmed that the PCM was perfectly fine; the entire issue was simply a single wire leading to it. ​Charging a diagnostic fee for completely incorrect conclusions, while replacing un-scannable, pre-replaced parts on a dead communication line, is entirely unacceptable. I expect a full resolution regarding these uncalled-for charges.Your shop said to Tow Truck in

    This shop, and the staff have shown me how easily it was for them to out do EVERY other auto repair service in this area. Not only was the vehicle repaired quickly, and correctly, their price for the job was more than fair. I will no longer waste my time calling anywhere else. This is THE auto service business !

    My wife and I have been going there for a while now and I have to say that they very friendly. They really try to get to your vehicle as soon as possible.
