Then the man that handled me when I brought the car back was also amazing. Customer service was beyond 10/10. These two young men have made me loyal Customer at their specific location. I helped my sister rent her car a while back and these same two young men were also amazing and pleasant to her as well. Very considerate, consistent, pleasant, kind and compassionate.

Renting a car can be a bit time consuming so be patient in general anywhere you go but they were quick to answer questions and knowledgeable on our situation and answered the phone promptly. Garrett helped us mainly but branch is clean and employees were beyond nice.

- SPSacleta PennyJul 11, 20261.0This location is a joke they give you dirty cars and then blame you for having a low budget insurance carrier stating “well since your insurance is an off brand we have to go up on our prices for your rental and give you what we have available” this is so bizarre to hear such a thing! And the fact the cars they give you is dirty and needs maintenance should be illegal I’ll never rent from this agency again Hertz would never ! They try to bribe you with discounts on your next rental and make trash deals! Just despicable being on the center of our first city downtown and should be ashamed of yourselves just out to get our money from the insurance agency!
