  I purchased two tires from these stores one of which failed after 1400 miles it failed at the valve stem. I brought it back in because I had purchased the road hazard coverage on top of the regular warranty and was expecting to be covered boy was I in for a surprise. I made my original purchase at Mr tire but when I brought the car into Mr tire they could not help me because their air compressor had apparently exploded or something so they sent me to the sister store and told me to drive there on my flattened tire in order to get service. That's when it went sideways. The gentleman behind the counter was clearly annoyed through the entire process and then proceeded to charge me a grand total of $55 to replace a warrantied $75 tire. $35 for mounting and balancing on a tire that I had lifetime balancing on already..So I was charged labor to put the tire on that was warrantied and then get this I was charged for hazard coverage again a second time which brought it to $55. photos of the invoices are attached. Absolute complete scam the reason I was told for all the extra charges was that I had driven on the failed tire that was covered by insurance absolute nonsense he just wanted to charge me money ... The gentleman behind the counter was rude and nasty no one should bring their vehicles here unless you absolutely have to.. clearly getting as much money out of the customer as possible is the goal.

  My car came with a warranty and was starting to act up around day 21. Tire Choice Wooster was part of the network. Dave stayed with it and pushed the warranty company to send an inspector out, which is a step I knew nothing about, and got them to take care of the costs. I appreciate him pushing so we didn’t end up with the bill!

  From the selection of the tires working with Dave and another member of his team processor is very easy and very well explained. Once the car was in and up on the hoist tire change was done and no time at all service couldn’t have been better the friendliness and courtesy of the team was fantastic.

  My tire picked up a screw and had a slow leak. They were great to fix it and get me back on the road. Big thanks
