  Parts and service bent over backward to help me and I never bought the car there. I will buy the next one there for sure.

  Keith, the young salesman was awesome. Very polite and professional. All the guys were nice. BUT the truck I bought had not been serviced at all! The AC puts out hot air. The oil needs changed. The vehicle needed to be cleaned, windows and seats were dirty. There was sticks and wood chips in the bed. I guess I should have checked it out better myself. I do like truck better now that I have cleaned it up. Vehicles should be cleaned and serviced before being put out for sale.

  Went on for oil change advisors and staff I encountered we're very friendly and service advisor even found me a discount coupon which helped me save some money. I'm a new customer there but I'm impressed and will return.

  Took car in for recall. When I made the apt, they said they knew about it. I show up wait about 30 mins to be told no recall. Go home Check paperwork and call. This person knew all about recall, so he rescheduled me. Went in for that apt and they don’t have me on schedule. I said they would get me in. So I waited over an hour before my car was taken back. Was a waste of my time!

  The Busam team made it easy when they had the truck we wanted. Thanks to Junior, Greg, and Senior - who literally is a comedian. Lol. Even if you're not buying, check out their inventory and stop in for a visit... then try not to accept great service and buying experience. Their integrity was outstanding.
