  Kinda sad it takes 3 plus house to get a key fob for a vehicle made. Had an appointment time of 11 never got the vehicle back till after 2. Service guys at the counter were great to deal with. It’s just fascinating to think to get a key you have to make an appointment.

  Seth C was outstanding! Held the car for a few days until I could get in to check it out. Also paperwork and signing documents was the fastest I’ve ever done. Recommend Busam Ford for all your vehicle needs!

  Very good and friendly efficient service. Oil change and tire rotation, plus other checks performed, all at a reasonable price. I am a satisfied customer and will return to Busam for maintenance on my Ford F-150.

  I had an excellent experience with my trade-in/purchase at Busam Ford. Most notably, Brant, who treated me right and was an honest and personable salesman. He worked within the parameters I had set and I am extremely pleased with the 2019 CR-V I purchased. I highly recommend Busam Ford in addition to Brant who treated me more like a friend than a customer. A+ Experience.

  As far as salesman go, Seth and Bud do really great with public relations and sales. These guys really put Busam Ford on the map. (My family has purchased 4 used truck and cars in the prior 3 years from those two)! The service department on the other hand leaves a little to be desired. Dropped my truck off (which I purchased from Seth Sr.) to have a service update made to it. Day 1, no response, halfway thru day 2, I had heard nothing. When I dropped it off, nothing was said about it going to take extra time. I did have an additional item with the engine they were to look into. When I called them halfway through day 2, the service guys hadn't even had it on the rack yet. End of day 2, I got my headlight and a tire patch. They didn't perform the service update or address the engine complaint. Why have an appointment if you aren't going to do the work on that day?. Apparently they only have 1 heavy engine guy. I needed my truck back for the next work week so now I have to schedule another date to run my truck up there and then wonder if it will be 4 days, 5 days, or a week before I get to see her again. Very disappointed that I cannot rely on the same service from the service department, that I get from the sales people.
