  I walked in and there was a full staff of about 4 or more team members, however each of them seemed to be mid task. That didn’t stop me from being greeting. Mike stopped what he was doing and helped show me the battery options. He walked me over to JP who then confirmed I was interested in the correct part and cashed me out. Maurice then walked out to change my battery for me. I was well cared for at this location. And even though I could tell they were each busy with tasks, it didn’t stop them from being friendly and very helpful to me. Also, I found out this location is a hub, so when your local auto zone is out of stock on something, the Willoughby location is where they may go to get it, so you may as well just start there anyway.

  I am giving a five star review . I was helped by a young man named Austin . I rarely leave reviews. I walked in there. I wasn’t sure what I needed. He came out and looked at my car. We walked in and got what I needed. He came out and installed the front light into my car but the reason I am leaving this review is because the energy that he carried was positive and it was refreshing to see . I haven’t seen that energy in a very long time . My job is in healthcare ( customer service) but I know how people treat one another these days. I was impressed with his work ethic. I was impressed with how attentive he was and as I said, the energy he carried was just positive and he was more than willing and ready to help me . He was kind and polite and knowledgeable at his job. Everyone was nice there another person a woman working there held the door open for me while I was walking in . As I said I just haven’t seen that kind of customer service in a long time and I want to leave this review so thank you Austin. You made my day and I highly recommend AutoZone on Vine Street in Willowick Ohio .
