- MPmark posh2 days ago1.0This is the absolute worst place to get your oil changed. I have eight vehicles that I get the oil changed at Valvoline....in Mentor. I was close to this one in willoughby, so I figured I would try it out... Huge mistake. After sitting for about fifteen minutes, while they were working on one car.. The guy came out and moved me and moved everybody else around. Did say, why didn't say what was going on a violent and put me behind three other cars... Two of which got here after I did. I understand things happen but absolutely no explanation.This guy should not have his job. If he is the manager, he should definitely be fired. 5/18....been here since 1:05...its going on 2:00... I'm just going to leave.

The managers took my concern seriously and went above and beyond to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. I can say without hesitation that this place really stands behind their work.
