  Ryan Thaler was the perfect gentleman/salesman. He made our purchasing experience so easy and pleasant. This was our 18th Volvo, so we didn't need pressure, just information. That's exactly how Ryan handled it. He deserves special praise for his professionalism and kindness to us. The day after we bought the car my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized for 16 days. We couldn't even get the car! So Ryan handled everything and was so supportive and empathic with us. Leiken held onto our car for us for about a month, put the license plates on, delivered it to us and taught us how to use the car's new features. What great service! And such a relief during a very stressful period of time. Ryan is truly the consummate salesman, who sells smarter, not harder. We are so grateful to him! Leiken is very fortunate to have him on board! Thank you, Ryan! We love our 18th Volvo!

  My wife and I were looking for a suv to replace my truck and in my search I looked at how the reviews were for Leikin Volvo and my wife found a used Chevy Equinox on their lot and I decided to check it out and that’s where I met Bob Alponat. He came out and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. We talked about the vehicle and let me test drive it. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and how friendly everyone is. Bob made the transaction smooth and easy with no pressure to buy. We talked numbers and he was very helpful in getting my wife and I into this vehicle which we absolutely love. Bob was the key in the purchase process. He is kind and helpful and I appreciated how well we were treated by Bob the rest of the staff. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, go see Bob at Leikin Volvo. I would definitely buy again from them and I would definitely have Bob Alponat as my salesman.

  Be cautious of the vehicles at this dealership. My brand new Volvo XC40 has been in the shop 4 times since we got it in December 2025. We have had new tires and 2 parts replaced. They have fixed the car but refuse to help advocate with Volvo that the car is a lemon. There response is this never happens and these things happen. I have asked for help since they sold it to me and they say we fixed it. I expected more.

  We purchased a Volvo XC40 from Leikin Volvo and the experience could not have been better. Our salesperson, Matt Nagy was very knowledgeable about the car and made us feel very comfortable. Along with the sales manager, Danny Urbaina, they worked together to get us into the car we wanted. If you are looking for a Volvo, this is the dealership you want to use. You will never feel pressured.
