  I just recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from this lot for a long work commute. Kiley was my sales person and she was great to deal with. Although I was not spending a lot of money on a new Volvo, I was still treated with respect by Kiley and she saw to it that the car was fully road ready before I took off.

Setting up the appointment to test‑drive the EX90 took only a moment, and the reminder they sent beforehand made sure we arrived right on time. When we pulled in, the exact model and trim we were interested in was already waiting for us, which set a smooth tone for the visit. Kiley greeted us and immediately made the process feel comfortable. She walked us through the vehicle with genuine enthusiasm, highlighting features we might have overlooked and answering every question without rushing us. When we asked about the air suspension—mostly out of curiosity—she didn’t hesitate to accommodate the request so we could get a real sense of how the car behaved. It was a thoughtful touch that made the test drive feel tailored rather than scripted. We left the drive genuinely impressed with the EX90. The only hesitation we had was whether such a large vehicle would fit in our garage. What stood out was how understanding the team was about that concern. There was no pressure, no sales push—just space for us to figure out whether the car made sense for our home. Once we confirmed the dimensions and reached back out for an out‑the‑door price, the experience shifted a bit. Communication slowed - it took 2 days to get any communication back, and the pricing we eventually received didn’t quite align with my budget and other available options in the area. It was clear that they didn’t want my business. In the end, we decided to purchase the vehicle elsewhere at a price that fit comfortably within our budget. Even so, we genuinely appreciate the time Leikin Volvo spent with us and the care they took during the test drive. The visit helped us make an informed decision, and we’re grateful for that.
