  We had substantial work done on our 2010 XC60 including new tires. The video of the items to be addressed was very valuable. The communication on the estimates of costs and the status of the work exceeded our expectations. We can't remember the last time that this vehicle ran this well, not like new, but close. Leikin was also able to coordinate picking up our 2019 XC60 for oil change when the 2010 XC60 was dropped off at our house. Great service!

  We just completed our third-consecutive lease with Matt Nagy and the Leikin Volvo team. Matt is excellent to work with - responsive, thoughtful and makes everything easy for you. The entire process from start to finish took no more than half an hour. Leikin also offers complimentary valet for service appointments - so you never have to drive to and from their service center.

  We recently purchased a CPO 2026 Volvo XC40 from this dealership . Upon arriving the sales manager greeted us at the door and introduced us to our salesman Matt. Matt was very gracious and helpful but also very busy with another customer as we did not make an appointment, we noticed how busy everyone was and realized it probably would have been smart to make an appointment. Matt handed us off to Lily , we were amazed at how knowledgeable she was during our test drive and going over all the details of the vehicle We were offered a fair trade in number on our Volkswagen Tiguan and after some minor haggling with the sales manager we decided to purchase the vehicle. We have purchased several cars new and used from at least 10 different dealerships and were never treated as good as we were at this dealership. What was most impressive is the no pressure sales atmosphere, I am a firm believer that the car sells itself and I believe that this dealership follows this theory also. Sales manager Matt , salesman Matt and especially Lily went over and above to make sure that we were happy. P.S. Upon arriving home we noticed a small part was missing on the interior so I called the parts department to purchase this part as it was a used vehicle. To my surprise they gave it to me for free. We went to pick up the part and once again the sales manager met us at the door. I explained why we had come back and Lily took us to the parts department and after we got the part she took us back service and got one of the mechanics put it on.
