  Very unprofessional STARTING @ the front desk (female). I had an appointment this morning. Ridiculous. I called the previous day to be turned back around this morning because I DIDN'T KNOW WHY THE CAR WAS MAKING THE NOISE. Foolishly, I thought the mechanic would tell ME why it was making a noise. Obviously, they are not there to fix cars. Go to the Pickerington location.

  Called to schedule an appointment and never specified a day and the lady that answered said I wasn’t getting one today because it was 4 pm. I then told her that she had poor customer service because I didn’t specify a date I just stated I was calling to make an appointment because the location closest to me was short staff. She then informed me that I was a miserable person that was just trying to start an argument! She hung up on me and I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that she was the owner!! I definitely am not taking my vehicle there with that type of customer service or lack thereof!! We used to take our vehicles to this location all the time but never ever again!!
