  I received a call from Assistant Branch Manager Rouna. She was calling to inform me that the Full-Size Elite vehicle that I have selected is currently not available. However, she was able to find a similar vehicle and if I like it, we’ll have it available for pick-up. Upon arrival, to my amazement this vehicle was super detailed and clean on the outside and inside. Black leather seats Fresh, Carpet Fresh, Dashboard Fresh. It’s something about a super clean car that makes the driving experience more enjoyable! In addition, the pick-up proceeding was smooth like butter. So Rouna, Thank you so much for Sharing the Enterprise Experience!

  I would give zero stars if it were an option. I’m not sure where the previous manager for the Whitehall branch went but getting rid of him was a big mistake. Rouna Bah is unprofessional and rude. She has no business being in customer service of any sort, let alone management. Corporate will see this branches numbers plummet due to her abrasive attitude and terrible communication skills. I work as a recruiter and can help you find proper and professional help if you’re this desperate for employees. Please do better!

  The female store manger on duty needs some extra professional training. We arrived for our reservation that was placed in advance at 8am to which we were told the vehicle wasn’t ready it had to be cleaned. While waiting for it to be cleaned she proceeded to do the check in and informed me that the vehicle was damaged in 3 places currents claim on it. Due to that I stated more than four times I’m not comfortable taking a damaged car. She then stated that it didn’t have anything to do with way the vehicle would operate, while I understood that I wasn’t ok with that. To which I grew frustrated bc she constantly asked if I would look at it. I told her I would but still uncomfortable with that. At 8:43am she tells us the vehicle wasn’t ready done being cleaned and ready to be inspected. I tell her again I already said I would look at and that doesn’t change my comfortability at which point she tells me to go somewhere else. So not only was the vehicle that had been reserved not ready but then trying to be forced to take something damaged and the rudeness this has not been a good experience
