  Very bad customer service, I had to leave the car at 6 pm because at that time they close, I got to leave the car at 5:55 pm when I go to enter the store he tells me that they are not going to receive the key that I left it in the box outside, I do it and they charged me an extra day even so arriving before the delivery time, in addition to the fact that according to their policies I have an extra time after the delivery time to deliver the car, I am still waiting for my return.

  Do not rent from here. I had a confirmed reservation booked through American Express Travel. I had to take my cat to an emergency vet at the time of my reservation and as a result, was 3 hours late. Rather than call or email, they simply gave my car away. I asked for help finding another minivan or something equivalent and the woman (Kusaie) said the “entire city was out of them” and that I should have confirmed the reservation, for which I had already given my credit card information for. Her confirmation email 3 days prior stated “Emailing to confirm your reservation for Friday at 12pm for a Minivan. Hope to hear from you soon!”. I explained that wasn’t a direct request that I needed to respond to and she argued with me. As I frantically searched for another minivan nearby (which I found for cheaper with National), she greeted the next customer with “Yes, I have your car ready because you are on time”, as a snarky comment. This woman should not be in customer service and should probably be educated on more effective communication skills.
